Ski Santa Fe is only a 20 minute drive/16 miles away & your on the slopes! A privacy fence surrounds this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a gas fireplace, high ceilings and wood floors and an Oh-So-Santa-Fe décor. There are HDTVs and sound systems for both CDs and iPods for your favorite music. Large deck great for entertaining, private morning coffee! I love to cook and feed my family and friends; so the kitchen has been outfitted with a dining service for 12, granite countertops, a top-of-the-line gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor. The gorgeous master bedroom with private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private full bath. All beds have superior memory foam mattresses. There is also a superior king sleeper sofa in the living room and a powder room on the first floor. We are inspected annually for fire safety and have the highest rental standards available for your comfort while vacationing in the Land of Enchantment. Our home is immaculate and all furnishings are in excellent condition since we live there part time too!
