Located on the Beach - within walking distance to PINK PONY, SEA-N-SUDS, the Hangout, the Gulf State Pier, jet skis, parasailing, kayaks, banana boat rides, mini-golf. Has a large private balcony overlooking the Gulf. This professionally decorated condo is where you want to be for your next beach vacation! It is convenient to dining, a grocery stores, shopping, and various entertaining activities. There is a large zero entry outdoor pool with new furniture. You will have access to the fitness center and sauna, office area, and grilling area. Besides a great building and great location, the Condo itself is spacious with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. The master has a King-size bed with a great Gulf view and access to the balcony. The private bath has double vanity sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a separate tile shower, and walk-in closet. The front bedroom on the left has a King-size bed with a private full bath and closet. The front bedroom on the right has two twin beds with access to the main full bath. Each room has a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, pantry, granite countertops, double stainless steel sink, toaster, casserole dishes, pots and pans, and coffee maker-a Mr. Coffee and Keurig single cup. It also has a bar with 4 stools for dining. The open floor plan allows for a great view from the kitchen. The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs if you choose to dine in. There is a Dinnerware place setting for 6 with an unbreakable (kid-proof)set in the cabinet. A wet bar with a granite countertop is located near the living room for convenience. The living room has a very comfortable couch and loveseat. Both have a great view through the floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony door. It has a 46" screen TV with a DVD player. A washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are located behind double doors in the hallway. The A/C unit has a cleaning system attached to it for those with allergies. Free Wi-Fi. Last but not least - the Balcony. There is plenty of room on this spacious balcony overlooking the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins swim, the boats sail, or just relax with a magazine or book. "Paradise On the Beach " is here waiting for you to experience a beach paradise!

The condo is exactly as shown in pictures. The beds sleep wonderfully! The owner of the condo was very easy to get in touch with for last minute questions before and during our stay! I will definitely return to this property in the future! Highly recommended!!

Fabulous Location

The condo was in the perfect spot! Easy beach access. The security guards were great and the parking lots were well observed, The condo was very clean and the property manager was a joy to speak to. It is just the right walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

We loved staying at San Carlos because they are super friendly and a really clean facility. The condo was really nice on the inside and the beds was really comfortable. There is lots of space for everyone to spread out in as well.

Perfect beach getaway for families

This was my first experience in renting a condo through VRBO, and it way exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect right on the beach, the condo is beautifully decorated and stacked with all the essentials. I was traveling with two little kids (4 and 2 years old) and they loved it. Paula is a perfect host, was very responsive to all our questions and we truly appreciated it.

A piece of paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. It was walking distance to a few restaurants and places we went. Paula, the hostess, is wonderful! She was available to answer a few questions we had and told us to let her know if we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Gulf Shores Getaway

Great visit! Condo was clean and cheerful, view was superb! Close to everything. Plenty of space for all four us. Host quickly responded to any questions I had. Parking and check in were easy. Host provided me with info on renting beach chairs and umbrellas which I highly recommend. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up and waiting for us each morning. It was a great getaway for us!

Perfect for our little family!

My family of four fit perfectly here! We stayed during spring break and I was concerned about Spring breakers initially, but they screen their guests well. The condo was clean, well stocked, and easy to access. Communication with the manager about general questions was easy and she responded quickly. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be saving this one for future trips!

I have always loved the beach! I will be a phone call away to ensure you have a wonderful vacation on the sugary white sands of the Gulf. I have always wanted to have vacation property on the beach and am excited to be the property owner and manager. I take great care of our vacation home and want to have guests that will enjoy it and take care of it, too!

Why they chose this property

I have vacationed on the Gulf all of my life and believe our Condo is in a beautiful location and the San Carlos is a beautiful building. Also it has three elevators that are faster than the others that I toured! The quality of the furniture and decorations was greater than the others. Two of the bedrooms have their private full bathroom and the other one has access from the bedroom to the bath and hall. The master bedroom is large and has a double vanity and walk in closet, as well as a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, tile shower and tub with jets.

What makes this property unique

Since this condo is on the 12th floor, it has the best view of the Gulf of all the ones I was shown. Great views from the Living room, Dining room, kitchen, and Master bedroom. The balcony was also larger than most of the condos I visited which was very important to me. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The A/C has an air cleaning system for people with allergies!
