2 BEDROOM, 1 BATHROOM WATERFRONT PROPERTY WITH BEACH STEPS FROM CABIN
Welcome to our Whidbey Island waterfront cabin! Located on Columbia Beach Drive only ¾ mile south of the Clinton ferry terminal, with the ability to walk to the ferry in just minutes. Its convenient location allows you to explore all the island's activities and attractions nearby.
We’ve recently updated the interior this spring so it’s fresh and ready for you to enjoy. It's a craftsman style bungalow right on the beach with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and it sleeps 5 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a spectacular view of the waterfront when you wake up. The second bedroom has full bed below with a twin bunk overhead. Both bedrooms includes dressers and closets with ample storage so you can settle in nicely. The living room is equipped with a new TV and an amazing 180 degree view of Puget Sound, the Cascade mountains with ferries and ships going by. Build a fire at sunset, dig clams at low tide, swim and take walks along the beachfront or just chill and relax on your getaway!
It is an easy commute to Mukilteo to ride a bus to Everett Boeing, or catch the bus or train to downtown Seattle. Perfect for those that need to commute to the mainland, while the family explores Whidbey Island waiting for their return. We hope you decide to stay with us soon. We are confident that you will enjoy your time at our waterfront beach cabin in Clinton, exploring beautiful Whidbey Island just as we have over the years!

About Karla Bunnell
Our house has been in our family for nearly 60 years and has a unique history of how it came to be here. Our grandfather actually floated this bungalow house up on a barge onto the beach in 1958 , when Seattle’s ship canal bridge was being built, thus saving the home from destruction. Our own extended families have enjoyed this cabin over the years and now we have decided to make it available to others to use.
Karla Bunnell purchased this Cabin in 1958
What makes this Cabin unique
Enjoy 180-degree views of Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains. Sit out on the beach and watch the show of ferries, boats, ships and wildlife. Build a fire at sunset in the fire pit, dig clams at low tide and take nice long walks on the beach!

Clean cozy Cabin on the water
Loved it. Small cozy cabin but with nice tall ceilings.
Stayed for sons wedding
We stayed for a long weekend due to my son's wedding which was on Whidbey. The cabin was clean, and very comfortable. While we were busy with setting up for the wedding, and then tearing down after the wedding, it was a wonderful retreat to come back to each night. The waterfront is gorgeous and on a hot summer night, it was nice to be on the water where it was a bit cooler. Should we ever be on whidbey for the night again, I'd certainly rent this cabin. It was also nice that it was so close to the ferry.
Beautiful, quiet retreat!
My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity of this beachfront cottage for the weekend. The beach provided hours of play for our girls, and the view from the front room with a good book and a glass of wine was divine. We will definitely try to visit again!
little cabin with a gorgeous view
So close, yet the Island relaxed vibe is wonderful to soak up. The cabin is old and not fancy, but it's comfortable and has a stunning view of the ferries.and Cascades to the east.
Great place to stay!!! Loved it!!
The house was really cute. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Great views of the water and the ferry boats. Definitely wouldn't mind staying here again when we make it back to the island.
Looking at the beauty of Saratoga Passage morning, noon and night.
Perfect for our little family of grandpa, grandma, mommy and infant. Well maintained house from the ?1950s with some of the quirks. Nice sized bath with shower stall. Location near the Clinton Ferry dock meant there was always action outside the livingroom wide picture windows. View across to the mainland included the mountains when it was clear. You can get to the beach when the tide is out. Well supplied with equipment, cooking necessities and disposable items. Large lawn, as well as gravel patio area. We saw Orcas, an eagle, rabbits and family of Killdeer without leaving the property. I would recommend it and hope to return.
