Great House located 25 minutes north of Jaco Beach. Huge property, 2.5 acres, soccer field, 53 foot long pool, covered bbq area. Close access to the main road. Near to supermarkets, restaurants and gas station. Main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Fully equipped with stove, frigde, microwave, and kitchen utensils. BBQ area has another 2 full bathrooms.
Is located on the main route 34 near Central Pacific area and only minutes away from famous Tarcoles/Crocodile Bridge, you can either observe the crocodiles from the Bridge or take a croc tour. The fascinating crocodile safari takes you through the river by boat

Canadian Snow Birds in Costa Rica

David is an amazing host, and his Villa is outstanding. We felt like we were on a resort, but didn’t have to spike a chair by the pool at 6 am. David went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. My Wife, Sister and Brother-in-Law spent 4 weeks, and the place was perfect for our longer term stay. Property manger looked after the yard, and made sure pool was clean, and BBQ always had propane! Thanks to Justino! We’ll be back David!

Beautiful property

We had a group of 8 stay and there was more than enough room for all of us, there was lots to do outside the pool was huge and had ample room for everyone to hang out around. The hot tub was not heated, however it still felt great in the warm Costa Rican temps to cool off in. There were 2 very nice full bathrooms by the pool to shower off in or use the restroom while you were down there. A short walk away there was a market and also a soda restaurant which was very convenient, we didn’t have a car and we’re able to get Ubers fairly easy but I think I would rent a car if I went back to this location. The on-site grounds keepers were very nice and gave us privacy but would gladly help or answer questions we had. The auto locking doors were a little tricky and took some time getting used to but all and all we had a good time.

Amazing and beautiful!

This is an absolutely beautiful house! The pool was perfect! Swam laps in the morning and played in the afternoon until 10pm! Onsite staff was amazing and so attentive.!!! Pool was cleaned all the time. We were brought fresh fruit and shown how to cut and eat it the CR way. House had plenty of space for am 6 adults and 3 tweens. Hammock in the outdoor kitchen area was always in use. We walked to a local Soda restaurant that had amazing burritos as well Jaco Beach is about 35km away, so the drive could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. It is also not that far to Adventureland and massages going towards the beach. Plenty of things to do! I love the simplicity and beauty of this gated property. Only "issues": It's near the main road ..so you can hear traffic. Hot tub was not hot .I guess the heater was out and parts on order...The foosball game was not there.. although we all enjoy shooting pool! Stove is a little old..just needs some love There is no central air, BUT the units in the bedrooms make it heaven!

Een mooi huis met geweldig zwembad!

Het was een fijn huis, en vooral van het zwembad hebben we dankbaar gebruik gemaakt. Het was heerlijk dat er airco in de slaapkamers was. In de buurt was weinig te doen. Maar op de afstand van een half uur rijden was er een leuke plaats waar veel te doen was.
