What a beautiful home! Reminded me of staying at a friend's beach house instead of a soulless resort. Fede was super responsive upon booking and provided lots of great information about the home and area. It wasn't easy to find for us but that wasn't the hosts fault at all. We arrived late and tired and didn't read the instructions all the way through after picking up the golf cart. Learn from us: follow the directions carefully! The house itself was very well appointed. We didn't cook but the kitchen had everything you'd need to do so. The mattress was so comfortable and we slept so well. The area was so quiet that's cat driving by at the middle of the night was so noticeable it woke me up briefly! The rooster crowing in the morning was a great way to wake up. Views from the deck are better than the photos can do justice! Thanks to our hosts for such a great stay. We hope to be back!

My favorite place to stay on the island. Nice, clean, cold air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room. Offers a full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. Includes microwave and full size refrigerator and freezer. The stove works great! Beautiful balconies that overlook the bay. Everything was perfect as usual. I highly recommend. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much! Your hospitality is greatly appreciated. You have a beautiful home.

Great escape

This is a great property that is just a short golf cart ride from the main downtown area. It was great to come back from a hike/beach to an airconditioned house. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay on Culebra.

First time to Culebra

Our rental home was the perfect spot to use as our home base while exploring all the wonderful spots of the island. Beautiful view of the bay, nice island breezes, a nice neighborhood. Wonderful host!

Great location with fabulous views

Great location! Quiet and comfortable with a huge deck with an amazing view. Easy check in and check out. The linoleum floor is a bit tired but everything else is great - just what you need for a tropical getaway. Spacious kitchen/dining area, comfortable bed, clean bathroom - what more could you want? Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Place to Stay

Really liked the place. Location is close to town but not right in town. You can walk to town but I would recommend getting a golf cart to get around to all the beaches. Nice well maintained deck with view of a beautiful bay. Very good AC, bed is comfortable and all the kitchen essentials you may need are provided. Overall this is a has everything you need to have a great vacation.

Loved Culebra!

We really enjoyed our 5 day vacation to Culebra. We thought our place was in the perfect spot. Quiet and close to everything we needed. We did miss the hammock that was supposed to be on the porch but the views made up for that. The furniture was kind of stiff and the tv was high on the wall. The hot water did not work all the time. Also, the condo needs an outdoor light by the door. But other than that we really enjoyed staying at Seapointe 22. We would stay there again!

Great you enjoyed our lovely place and beautiful view. Hammock was at the closet.. you never mentioned the hammock was “missing”, otherwise I would’ve immediately answer the question. Lights are motion detecting… checked and are working fine….again, never mentioned it during the stay. We are always attentive to guests questions and here to assist them. Please don’t wait until leaving the property to bring this on a Review. We are extremely responsible hosts that will help our guests from day 1 until they leave the unit. Thanks for choosing us…

A gem!

No surprises. This property was just as described! Beautiful views, quiet, clean, and all the amenities we needed. Close enough to town if you like walking, otherwise a golf cart will be helpful!

Nice one bedroom property with spotty internet service. Phone hardly worked at that location. Shower head needs changed-very low water pressure. Getting message now at San Juan airport. It was that way on most of the island. Culebra diving and snorkeling was great

Not true.. this guest paid for one person but had another visitor.. never answered my messages since he was obviously not following our house rules and didn’t paid for the additional guest… that’s what happened… INTERNET PERFECTLY WORKS. My housekeeper saw him And the additional guest every single day he was staying at our property.

Nice location, very cjlean, Edna the cleaning lady was very helpful ac worked great, never got the tv to work, and we were informed upon on our arrival that we could not flush toilet paper down the toilet because of septic tank problems- we ended using a plastic bag fir disposal of toilet paper

Great peaceful and clean

Everything was fine. Beautiful view . Everything was clean. This for me was funny. one little bird in the terrace that don’t let me go to the terrace. He attacked me. I think that he have his bird's Nest under the terrace. And he was trying to protect the nest. Everything else was perfect. I will return again. Thank you

Lovely Get-away

We loved Sea Point and would recommend it highly! Fede was very communicable answering all the questions I had before our arrival. (And then gave us our privacy during our stay.) The cameras on the outside deck were a little weird but if you think about it, it is good security. Just don't do any nude sunbathing out there ;-) This 2nd floor unit was wonderful for a couple. I might not have been as happy if I had more people with us because we would have had to share the bathroom and common area where the futons are located. We loved the location with a 1 mile walk into town. Loved strolling to and from town for dinner. We did rent a car for exploring all the beaches around the island during the day. My only complaint was that beach chairs were not provided. We had to buy some in PR and carry them over. We did leave them at the Villa for your enjoyment! I don't mean to complain. We had a 5 star experience!!

Not like the pictures

I’m only writing this so that others aren’t disappointed like we were. The price and pictures make it seem nice and it’s not. It’s a small apartment with a big deck. The floors are dirty, the shower’s hot water is hit or miss, and the bed is bumpy with itchy sheets. I’m writing this in the living room on my notes app because the WiFi is out and I can’t get to my email to check in for my flight. The cherry on top is seeing the neighbors’s 5G. The main issue though is the seating area. There’s no couch. There are two very used and stained futons that don’t face the TV. I had planned for my daughter to sleep on one of them but she ended up with me in the bed because they’re gross. Hang out on the deck? Not a single cushion, just plastic and wood. We ended up going to bed by 8ish both nights because we were so uncomfortable in the living room we just gave up. I understand the pictures always make it look nicer than it is but this felt like straight up lies. They provide the absolute bare minimum. Exactly one small, scratchy towel per person. Exactly one (plastic) wine glass, which was ok for us because my daughter is young but if I had been with another adult and we wanted to share wine, one of us would have a cup. The host makes it clear that he’s looking for a reason to charge you more if you make a minor mistake. If I used only one word to describe this place, it would be uncomfortable.

Still analyzing this guest… pictures and description exactly what the unit offers.. AC Room and Living Room… oceanfront unit.. beach getaway. NEVER COMMUNICATE WITH US.. we are ALWAYS available to help but I believe that if you don’t read what is offered Prior to arrival it is better to give a Terrible review just to make a statement; don't need visitors like them. We are very responsible hosts.. *** plastic wine glass…. NOT TRUE…you have plastic and glass wine glasses plus utensils, silverware, ceramic plates and more!!! please DON’T lie… I have the pictures from my housekeeper prior to her arrival… everything our guests needs and offered were at the unit.. the floor is NOT DIRTY.. is scratched from the suitcases… and is already being replaced in every unit because it’s white and although using Clorox and every single cleaner was not getting as white as we wanted. Sad to read this disrespectful review after all the effort we give to maintain a 5 star standard to our clients. Will contact VRBO since is not fair and this client was lying. Totally unacceptable and unfair.

Culebra getaway

Place was really clean. Air conditioning worked great and our Host was very thorough with instructions. I had to contact him a few times because I didn't read the instructions he already sent thoroughly but he was patient with me. It's a 20 min walk from all of the restaurants so that was a bummer but it's a great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Culebra

The place is amazing, location is walkable to the city but you'd be better with a car/golf cart. I loved the deck with the hammock. Kitchen was good though it didn't have an oven but it was enough to cook our meals since most restaurants in the island are closed. Fede was a great host. He will do anything to help you. In our case, we didn't have good internet because the provider wasn't working. They actually gave us a portable router to make sure we had good internet! That's very impressive!

On the hills of playa sardinas ll, with panoramic views of the ocean. Close to a local market and town. Golf cart or keep rental highly suggested.

Great Experience!!

We rent this apartment for a weekend getaway with my family. The apartment was clean and neat. The kitchen, living area and the exterior terrace have a wonderful view. We enjoy the Culebra beaches and the sunsets.
