A second king suite, first and second queen suites. The second queen suite also offers a nook room with the twin over twin bunk bed. The home offers many extras like a spacious deck with 8 rocking chairs to watch the serene sunsets. All the comforts of home are here, This home offers a large grill and a new wine cooler! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
- Jack's Place VW7 provides 2 paved parking spaces. If you rent a golf cart there is a small side place for the cart. There is no garage access.
- No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk. Towing will be strictly enforced
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
