BEACH BUZZ! Gorgeous 4 Bedroom 3 Bath beach house in the golf cart zone!

You're home away from home in Port Aransas with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can hear the waves crashing from the moment you arrive or step out the front door! This is not your typical rental. but our personal second home. It is beautifully furnished and well stocked! This gorgeous house features 2 king master suites, 1 queen over queen bunk bedroom, and a double twin bunkbed room (4 twins). We can sleep 12 in our home. Perfect for large families, two families, groups of friends. or multi-generational families. With amenities like an indoor AND outdoor bar area, shuffleboard, poker and craps table, games, 5 Roku tvs, large comfortable leather sectional, fast WiFi, and a washer/dryer, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. 3 bathrooms ensure everyone has space to freshen up. The two king master bedrooms have their own attached private bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower which is perfect for bathing children after a long day at the beach. For the chefs in the group, we have a large kitchen that is stocked with cookware, mini air fryer/crockpot, toaster and even many spices to prepare a gourmet meal. We have table seating for 10 and 6 more seats at the bar. Prefer to grill out? We have left our two personal grills for your use, one propane & the other is charcoal, and we just ask you to clean it afterwards. THIS is the place to be! We are on Eleventh St and a short ride or golf cart trip to everything, including the beach! We have a large community pool in Ocean Village complete with a cabana. and chairs for relaxing after the beach. The pool is located on our private lake which is perfect for occupying the fisherman or bird-watcher in your group. Downstairs we have comfortable furniture for chilling out, a large picnic table for dining or a game of cards, and a large bar...all lit by solar string lights! We have a fenced back yard with a Little Tykes playscape and slide. There is an outdoor shower at the bottom of the stairs. There are 4 parking spaces in the front of our home and additional parking for a boat or trailer at the back of the house on Oceanside Drive. You can golf cart to Old Town for dining, live music & shopping, or cruise the beach without ever having to get back in your car! Come play and make family memories at the Beach Buzz beach house in Port Aransas, Texas! We guarantee that you won't want to leave. :-)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 11am and the electronic door code will deactivate at that time.
Take all trash to the dumpster Clean the grill, dump coals/ash in tin can and dispose of it in the dumpster Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher & run it Leave towels in shower of each bathroom
Turn AC to 78 (or heat to 65 in winter) Clean out the fridge: You may leave any unopened non-perishable food in a bag on the counter & we will take it to the food bank
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, event or group gatherings Quiet Hours 10pm-8am No fireworks
Children must have adult supervision at all times in the pool or house

This property is beautiful!! It is extremely well-appointed. So many fun things for kids and grown-ups alike. The property owner is great - very responsive, helpful, and provided lots of great information for our stay. It was a fantastic trip, and we hope to return here soon.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Beach Buzz! It was in the perfect location, very beautiful and well maintained! The owner was very easy to talk to and it was clear she wanted it to be our home away from home. We enjoyed spending the day at the beach and then cooking a meal and playing some games that were there in the house in the evenings. We definitely plan to book again!

Family Vacation

Great place to stay, very clean a centrally located to the beach and food. Owner was very accommodating as a situation arose with VRBO the day before we arrived but she made sure everything was taken care of appropriately by VRBO. The community pool and outside accommodations of the house were great. The rooms were well laid out to fit all 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances and the couch was comfy and roomy for a large enough for all of us. The AC did struggle to keep the house at 74 during the day but cooled off at night to be comfortable. We like a cold house ;)

Perfect For Your Beach Stay!

My friend's and I rented this location for our quick three night beach trip and it was pretty much perfect. The house is very well taken care of, there was plenty of room for all twelve of us, and with the provided amenities we only had to bring a few necessities from home. The neighborhood is very nice and a very short distance from town. The pool is only about a two minute walk from the rental, and the beach is about 15 minutes. The walk to the beach is pretty easy, but after you've spent a couple hours baking in the sun the walk back can be more difficult. We ended up getting a beach pass for one of the vehicles because the drive to the beach is only about two minutes. Beach Buzz is one of the best rentals I've ever stayed at, and the host is excellent with communication! We would all rent here again, I can't recommend it enough.

My parents grew up on the Texas coast and I have been visiting Port Aransas since I was a child. I have fond memories of walking the beach, building sand castles, and jumping in the waves! We are thrilled to finally have our own piece of this paradise so that we can share our love of the beach with our own children. We are excited to share our personal vacation home with you and your family and hope that you make special memories here also!

Why they chose this property

Ocean Village is at the heart of everything! Most importantly for us, it is in the golf cart zone. This means that we can park our car and take a golf cart everywhere we want to go...beach, shopping, dinner and night life. Secondly, we love being close to beach access 1A which is at beach mile marker 18 as this is where you can start to drive directly to the waters edge rather than parking behind pylons. We also love having access to a pool to relax in after a long hot day at the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our large 4 bedroom 3 bath home can accommodate 12 guests in 8 beds allowing us to invite other people....grandparents, another family, several couples. Three rooms can accommodate couples on king and queen beds plus 2 rooms have bunks for kids or more guests. When we are on vacation we love to enjoy fun activities at the house also, so we have added a shuffleboard table, and a craps and blackjack table. There is a gorgeous greenery wall and well equipped bar with its own fridge & freezer for relaxing and entertaining your guests,,,why even go out in the evenings?! There is also a large outdoor bar and comfortable couches and room for kids to play on the playscape while dad is grilling hamburgers. We have quality glass and crystal barware (for mixing every drink imaginable), and a gourmet coffee bar with Keurig, regular coffee pot and bean grinder. This is our home not a typical rental so you can expect high luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, and electric recliners. Our kitchen is well stocked with everything that a chef would need to prepare a gourmet meal and dining seats & matching dinnerware for your entire group. For a unique ambiance we have installed a backlit marlin above the TV that can light up any color you choose, an LED neon bar sign with BEACH BUZZ, and LED lighting under the couch! I guarantee you won’t find this anywhere else. We have spared no expense and hope that our guests will love it and care for it the same as if it were their home.
