The house is located on a lovely corner lot in the desirable south end of town; two blocks from Main Street shops/sidewalk cafés and seven short blocks to the beach. It offers quiet surroundings, street parking, and an easy 8-minute walk to the beach. The home has been decorated in soothing colors to create an ambiance of relaxation and whimsy. Plan a romantic getaway for 2 in the cottage or make it a fun family vacation for up to7 guests in both homes! New and fully supplied laundry facilities are located in the basement level. The house has a keyless entry system for our guest's convenience. The access code is provided before guest arrival. *BEERSHEBA AWARD is an annual award from the Historical Society of Ocean Grove honoring efforts to restore and preserve historic homes and businesses.

Our home has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. Additional guests are strictly prohibited and a fee of $100/person/night will be accessed. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests in violation will need to vacate premises immediately with no refund. EV (Electric Vehicle) charging is not permitted.
