We loved everything about Bella Vista except having to leave. What a treat to stay here with sweeping views out over the ocean and Ibiza Town. So much space for two couples and wonderful hosts. I hope one day my heart will return to Ibiza and Bella Vista.

Great location, gorgeous views and clean property

Loved how close this was to Ibiza Town but also a great base to travel around the island. Sven was attentive and helpful. The views were stunning and the apartment clean and well-stocked.

Great stay

We had a great time staying here. Sven and his wife are great hosts. The pool is great. The house is light, spacious and very clean. And every you need is there. We were so grateful that we could check in earlier and a solutions was offered for the sleeping arrangments of my two sons.

Amazing apartment & views!

This is my 7th time in Ibiza and I’ve stayed all over the island in either villas or hotels and this has been my favorite by far! The property is very well kept and clean, the views are AMAZING, it’s private, centrally located and you have your very own private pool. Sven was very helpful, punctual and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully located house with amazing views

I am so happy we booked and stayed at this beautiful house called “ Bella Vista”! We stayed at this house for one week and could not have been happier. This is our second time to Ibiza but our first time staying at this location. The house is situated on a large mountain that is very private and quiet. The house is beautiful and spacious. The two full bedrooms have plenty of space with closets for storage. The two full bathrooms are very roomy and are stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen area has plenty of room and comes stocked with some cookware, coffee maker and dishes. We only ate at the house a few nights but had everything we needed there. Kitchen was also stocked with a few necessities like some cooking spices, teas, etc. There is a private pool there with lounge chairs to lay in the sun. Beautiful balcony on the deck with chairs where we had our breakfast daily. The views of the ocean was by far the best part! We sat watching boats every day. This house yet private was only a ten minute drive to things we wanted to see and go to. The owners are extremely helpful and gave us tips for our trip. Offered to help us if we ever needed anything. High speed internet was available. Air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living space worked great. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful house! Five stars!

Super Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist riesig und bietet von jedem Zimmer einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und Ibiza Stadt. Auch der großen Balkon ist sehr schön. Wir hatten 2 Fragen/Bitten an den Vermieter, die sofort erfüllt wurden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Traumblick.......

Ibiza Ferienwohnung Bella Vista Ich mag eigentlich gar keine Beurteilung schreiben, denn danach muss ich fürchten, dass die Fe-Wo dann ständig ausgebucht ist und ich gar nicht mehr unterkomme . Die Lage ist ein Traum, wunderbare Aussicht über das Meer auf die Altstadt von Ibiza und die Burg. An klaren Tagen sieht man bis Formentera, einfach phantastisch . Die Wohnung selbst ist extrem geräumig, sehr modern und mit privatem Pool und 2 Terrassen/Balkonen sehr komfortabel. Es war die sauberste Ferienunterkunft, die ich je bewohnt habe – und das waren weltweit verdammt viele. Alles blitzsauber, selbst die Küchenutensilien waren supersauber. Handtücher waren in Mengen vorhanden, nichts ließ zu wünschen übrig. Schrankplatz in rauen Mengen, sogar Kleiderbügel im Überfluss, in vielen Ferienhäusern auch stets ein Manko. Getoppt wurde das Ganze noch durch Sven den Vermieter/Besitzer und seine Frau. Sie waren 24/7 erreichbar und haben sich jeden Wunsches umgehend angenommen, ganz dickes DANKESCHÖN dafür. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wenn man etwas Negatives sucht, dann ist zu erwähnen, dass die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage nun mal in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt und besonders morgens und abends doch viele Flieger IBZ ansteuern. Auch ist vor dem Haus ein olympischer Stützpunkt irgendwelcher Schießvereine, auch das verursacht natürlich Lärm. Aber das wird uns sicher nicht davon abhalten, sehr gern wiederzukommen. Bella Vista trägt seinen Namen nur allzu recht!

Spektakuläre Sicht - Sauberkeit - Service

Wir waren im Mai 2022 zu Gast bei Sven. > Sven's Service kommt einem 5*+ Hotel gleich. > Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Ibiza Stadt. > Es ist alles sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. > Man ist innerhalb von 10 min. mit dem Auto in Ibiza Stadt und hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, zum Strand ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. > Der Pool mit dem Luxus-Kunstrasen ist super für kleine Kinder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Sven gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, tolle Aussicht und sehr gepflegt. Kann die Wohnunh nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man ist mit dem Auto schnell an diversen Orten auf der Insel. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt ist einfach nur toll und wunderschön. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Sven für den tollen Service.

fantastisch appartement

We troffen een fantastisch ruim en comfortabel appartement aan met een even geweldig uitzicht op zee en stad. Enige minpuntje is dat de tweede slaapkamer geen direct daglicht heeft, maar dat is ook wel weer lekker koel. Zeer aan te bevelen !

Besser geht’s nicht!

Wir hatten traumhafte acht Tage in Sven‘s Wohnung. Sven hat uns perfekt eingewiesen und alles bis ins Detail erklärt. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sowie die Bäder sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Küche war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt eingerichtet und der Pool groß genug für uns alle. Wir planen schon das nächste Mal. Ich kann die Wohnung in jeder Hinsicht jedem empfehlen, der einen Urlaub auf Ibiza plant! Danke Sven

Amazing

The villa is very spacious and beautiful pictures do not do it justice. The location is beautiful with the best views and near to most spots and just perfectly out the way to relax! Sven the landlord is most helpful and commincaes efficiently! I would recommend everyone to stay here and I would definitely come again! All 4 of us are extremely happy with our visit! Nearest town is Jesus with restraunts supermarkets and bars. The beautiful marina is 10 minutes drive and play d'en bossa 15 mins away in a car! Thank you sven so much!

Hammer!!!!

Das war der schönste Urlaub den wir je hatten!!! Ibiza ist eine wunderschöne Insel und das Appartment ist der Hammer. Uns fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter ist super nett und jeder Zeit für seine Gäste da! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super und der Ausblick perfekt!!! Wir waren leider nur eine Woche da aber wir haben wieder gebucht und in zwei Wochen geht es wieder los. Diesmal aber zwei Wochen! Wir freuen uns riesig!!!! Wir können das Appartment zu 1000000% weiterempfehlen!!! Marta & Anja
