Three Bedroom, Two bathroom 1st floor apartment on Palm Tree Avenue, 1 minute walk to the main central Beach. New to the rental market (January 2019) this apartment is now Fully legal and licensed with the Andalucian Tourist Board, CTC-2018230070 This apartment has been newly refurbished throughout to a superb high standard. The apartment has a fully equipped Kitchen with Hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge freezer and the usual accessories (Kettle, toaster etc) The adjoining Utility room has a separate sink and Washing Machine. The large lounge has a large dining table with 6 chairs, a large L shaped sofa and a wall mounted LCD flat screen TV. There is a digital TV system showing all UK & international TV programmes from across the world including Sky News, Sky Sports, BBC1,2,3,4, ITV 1,2,3, Channel4 plus 1000's of Films and BoxSet TV series. . The apartment has its own Fibre Optic WIFI which is Free to those staying in the apartment. There are 3 large bedrooms (2 with fitted wardrobes) consisting of; Bedroom 1; large double bed. Bedroom 2; Large double bed and Bedroom 3 with two single beds. All the bedrooms and the lounge include a new Air Conditioning system throughout (Fujitsu AC units which are a superb silent AC system and a top of the range model) This apartment comfortably sleeps 6 and up to 8 with the addition of fold up temporary style camp beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first communal bathroom consists of a Bath tub sink and toilet while the Main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. There are two terrace / areas. The first is West Facing with afternoon Sun and accessed via the Lounge and overlooks the Main communal Pool. The second is accessed via the Kitchen Utility room and also overlooks the Main Pool and Palm Tree Avenue. Timon has TWO swimming Pools situated in its Communal garden are. The Main Pool sits in the centre of the Complex Gardens while the second Pool (which is slightly smaller) is towards the South end of the Complex. Unlike most complex's this Pool is open all year round. Timon has a fantastic Garden area running through the Complex with a mini stream running through its middle.
The Location of Timon is unbeatable.
Situated in central Benalmadena Costa it is a 1minute walk to the Beach and all of its Beach bars, shops and restaurants. This is the Main Beach of Benalmadena Costa 100’s of Bars and water sport entertainment including speedboats, paragliding, pedelo’s, etc etc Walking away from the beach the main supermarket (Mercadona) is a mere 2minute walk away. The Puerto Marina is a 10minute walk away along the Paseo passing all of the Beach Bars and restaurants. **PLEASE NOTE; Bookings of under 7 days will incur an additional charge of £60 to cover the cleaning costs. Clean and quite comfortable for four adults. Two nice outdoor balconies. About a 20-30 minute walk to the marina, but many good bars, restaurants and the beach within five minutes. Try Checco y Paolo right across the street for great steak and Italian food.
Lisa was quite helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

The apartment was perfect for our family of six. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. It was like home from home. Bed was very comfortable. Location was good near the beach front, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Lisa was very nice and so helpful. Our 3 year old granddaughter doesn’t use a buggy at home but with the heat and out from morning to night she got so tired. Lisa came round with a buggy we could use. This was a god send for us. The main pool was closed but the other pool was good and we had so much fun there. There is plenty of bath towels and pool towels. A washing machine for little ones clothes and freshening up towels. Kitchen very well equipped. We ate in a few times. TV was great for watching the rugby in Japan. We would recommend Lisa’s apartment and service.
What a fantastic 3 hed 2 bathroom apartment just a couple of minutes from the beach and an abundance of restaurants to meet everyone's taste. Lisa was always on hand to answer any question we had. Such a lovely lady. She met Oscar the apartment to show us around and came back when we left to make sure we had a good time. The apartment was clean,spacious and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The pool area was very pretty and clean. We love Benalmadena and have been coming regularly for the last ten years. I would definitely say Lisa Lisa apartment is the nicest we have stayed in. We will definitely be back. A wonderful apartment, ideally located for children, teenagers and adults. The apartment is equipped with the necessary items for life, ranging from a corkscrew and ending with garbage bags. The apartment is clean, well-kept and functional. The colorful garden with two pools was a big attraction for our children. The proximity of restaurants, shops and the beach made the stay a wonderful experience for our family. Thank you, Lisa, for an unforgettable holiday.

Start to finish Lisa couldn't have been more helpful.
Location is ideal and the apartment itself is first class. The pools are exceptionally clean and lovely in the evenings. Beach and supermarket only 5 min walk. The area is quiet but has plenty of restaurants to choose from. 25 min walk along the prom to the Marina. Couldn't recommended this apartment highly enough.
8 of us slept comfortably (6 adults and 2 young kids). Booking shortly again for next year.

Perfectly located, the apartment is 2 mins from the beach, 5 minutes from the supermarket, and has bars/restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely pool area, we didn’t use it, but could see there was a lifeguard on duty, and chairs available in the apartment that could be used by the pool. Great communication from Lisa, answering any questions swiftly. The apartment is well presented, clean and modern. There is uk tv channels, and the air con was brilliant! It’s the small things that make a difference eg toilet roll, wash liquid/detergent, bin bags, foil, and cleaning products all provided. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Très bien avec quelques remarques pour les prochains voyageurs
L'appartement est idéalement bien situé. Il est bien fourni (vaisselle, linge, ...) mais le réfrigérateur est trop petit pour un appartement de 6 personnes.
Aussi, dans l'annonce il est noté "parking", alors qu'il n'y en avait pas. Des garages dans l'immeuble étaient pourtant libres et disponibles pendant notre séjour.
Aussi lors de la réservation, attention car le montant est en Livres Sterling et non en Euros ! Pensez à la reconversion !!! (car la propriétaire détient un compte anglais et non européen). Au final, cette location nous a coûté plus chère que ce que l'on pensait (250€ en comptant le taux de change).
Aucun dédommagement proposé !
Une location espagnole louée en Livres Sterling... bizarre.
Notre séjour s'est quand même bien passé.

With regards your money issue can I suggest that you contact HOMEAWAY and speak to them directly if you believe there has been an error as they deal with all payments.
We are registered with HOMEAWAY UK so the currency is £ sterling. HOMEAWAY convert the payments into Euros for foreign clients. We have NO dealings with invoicing or payments.
The underground parking spaces are privately owned.
We do not own one of these spaces and so we do not advertise as owning one. Our advert clearly advises guests of the FREE off street parking available directly outside the Complex.

We stayed in apartment for a week at end of May, two adults and three teenagers. The apartment location is excellent in walking distance of many facilities, restaurants, supermarket, beach, park. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was kitted out like a home from home, WiFi was excellent, made full use of Netflix, simply log in with your own account, perfect end to busy days. The pool area was lovely, very relaxing. Would recommend to anyone wanting a family friendly apartment in close proximity to all local facilities. Lisa was fab, answering any questions we had very promptly. Would have no hesitation booking again. Thank you.
