Denna enorma, 2001 sf hörn lägenhet med sjöutsikt har just blivit totalrenoverad och erbjuder en oas av ren lyx i fantastiska Vista Cay, en gated resort gemenskap på Universal Boulevard och bredvid Orlando Convention Center, bara några minuter från alla temaparker och sevärdheter.

Vår lägenhet ligger på 2: a våningen med utsikt över sjön Cay och en möblerad uteplats där du kan njuta av fyrverkerierna på SeaWorld.

Den ljusa, ljusa öppna planlösningen är inredd i hela med nya snygga italienska läder och marmor toppade möbler och har en 55 "smart TV.

Denna lägenhet rymmer bekvämt 8 i tre stora sovrum, alla med en Tommy Bahama-vibe, mörkt trä och rottingmöbler, takfläktar, plysch ny kudde-madrass och sängkläder av högsta kvalitet.

Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng med en lyxig ny 16 "Euro-plysch kudde övermadrass och ett stort badrum med dubbla fåfänga, stor soak badkar, stor dusch och skärmad toalett.

The King Guest Room har en lika plysch ny madrass. Det finns också en annan härlig sovrum med 2 enkelsängar. Alla rum har sjöutsikt, plattskärms-TV och takfläktar.
Plus barnen kan umgås i en mysig hål med egen 42 "flatscreenTV och ett urval av brädspel. Denen har också en drottning bäddsoffa.

Köket i full storlek har vackra granitbänkskivor och är utrustad med allt du behöver för ett snabbt mellanmål till en gourmetmat. Köket har också en praktisk frukostbar.

Gratis WiFi säkra i lägenheten och en telefon med gratis lokala och nordamerikanska samtal. Lägenheten är luftkonditionerad. Det finns en separat tvättstuga i lägenheten med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare så att du kan packa ljus för din vistelse.

Byggnaden är betjänad av två hissar, och det finns riklig parkering på platsen. Några minuters promenad längs sjön vägen hittar du ett stort snabbköp (Publix), drogbutik (Walgreens), affärer och lediga restauranger. Perfect alternative to hotels for Universal/Disney

We had a great stay at this property. Very safe, clean, and well appointed. Check in and out was so easy. Beds were comfy. This is so much better than staying in a hotel! Only complaint would be that they need more bath towels.

Great, clean location & peaceful setting!

My friends & I enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable property. The location was very handy and close to many restaurants and places to visit. The beds were comfortable, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the view from the porch. The only things we thought could be helpful were hooks on the door for multiple towels and mirrors close to plugs in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again though!

Great condo near the convention center!

We spent nearly a week at this unit near the convention center and felt very comfortable. The layout was great and gave everyone privacy, having a large kitchen and washer/dryer was excellent and we loved quiet lake view. The owners were responsive and helpful. The closest shopping area has a Publix, a diner, a burger place, and a pizza place (NYPD) that were very convenient.

Very clean and well-appointed property. Photos accurately depicted current condition. In and out process seamless. Being a cook, I would suggest an updating on pans - specifically a few larger saute pans and oven dishes. Overall, a great place. This will be first on our list for our next visit to Orlando.

Spacious family villa walkable to the Convention Center

The condo was lovely, large, and nicely furnished.. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The pool area was great fun, and the arcade room kept the kids busy on rainy afternoons. I would recommend for families traveling to Orlando.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

We LOVE staying at these properties for trade show stays in Orlando yearly. Would gladly come back again to this space it was so comfortable and big and open and the host was very helpful, we ran into an issue that he resolved immediately and we could not have been more happy or more comfortable.
