Perched perfectly behind the primary dune along the Gulf of Mexico, each cottage is furnished with a comforting neutral palette. The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) of a full mid-week clean (with weekly stays only) and the departure clean (daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee), 2 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. Our Guests will also enjoy a free "welcome" coffee at either the Seaside or Rosemary Beach Amavida Coffee. You will also have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us do your grocery shopping, make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time, arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as grocery shopping, golf and other independent activities. The interior features maple hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. On the first floor you will find a king bedroom with a LCD TV, window seat, built-in closets and drawers, bathrobes, luggage rack and two bedside tables with wall-mounted lamps. Leading from the bedroom are French doors to a private dune level screened-in porch with a Jacuzzi tub. The porch has curtains that can be drawn for complete privacy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. The second floor offers a small fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, frig with icemaker, microwave, cook top, toaster oven and dining table with two chairs. The living room features a wood-burning stove-style fireplace, 50” LCD TV with HD cable box, DVD, wireless internet, comfortable seating and coffee table. A French door off the living room opens to a covered porch complete with 2 cocktail height chairs and table as well as a romantic chaise lounge overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. When staying in our homes in Seaside you are within walking distance of many restaurants and retail establishments.
