It is located in Crestwynd Bay a gated community which is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with attached bathroom,
1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer dryer).Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat screen TVs included.WIFI and High Speed internet (normally $10 per rental) is included free of charge in a promotional offer.
Kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Disney vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kissimmee. The townhouse was excellent for our needs. All questions that we had were handled immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We were very impressed with the check in process and the cleanliness of the property. My entire family was able to stay in this townhome. The rental was spacious and private. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Close to Disney

We just stopped in Orlando for a couple nights and really only showered and slept in the unit. The unit looks just like the pictures. There could be more lighting, it was a little dark. We also did not have enough towels and floor mats for the bathrooms. Other than that we had no issues. Manny responded quickly to all my messages. Overall it was fine and we would stay here again.

Good vacation home

Everything was satisfactory with our stay. Our only comments would be the beds were a little uncomfortable and the back patio area needed some upkeep. Other than that, my family and I had a great stay here. We even met the neighbor who was very nice and friendly.

Nice property

The overall property was lovely, location was great. However the bedroom upstairs located next to the stairs had an extremely firm mattress. And the wifi struggled quite a bit but other than that it was worth the money.

Close to Disney, Dining and More

Property was clean and we appreciated the "starter" set of supplies. Close to Disney, dining and shopping. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the surrounding properties (i.e. trash in the parking lot and on the lawns of many buildings, construction equipment stacked on patios and commercial vehicles taking up many parking spaces). This was NOT the fault of the owner so is not reflected in the rating we gave this property.

Did what it was supposed to

My party of 6 stayed at this location for a week. It is located very close to Disney (one exit down). The owner is very polite and willing to help make your stay a pleasant one. There were some downsides to our stay. In the check email that you are told you only have one set of everything (toliet paper, paper towels, trash bag), thankfully a walmart is within walking distance. It looked as through the house has seen many rowdy families and hardly had repairs. There were lots of dents in the wall along with dirty doors and door frames. The double bed bedroom has loads of scratches all over the walls. Thankfully the beds are clean although very firm. If the repairs could get fixed and the place cleaned, this would be the greatest gem.

Good house, but need a renovation!

The house itself is not bad the location is good and nice close to the Disney parks (10 minutes) but it is far from Orlando (International Drive Premium Outlet is 40 minutes) Positive point: it has three complete bathrooms with shower. There's a Walmart next door, you can walk there, it's about a 10 minute walk. Very quiet village even during Christmas and New Year. Negative point: the master bedroom is small, the closets in all rooms are small. Point to consider: one of the single rooms is downstairs, if you have small children it might be a little tricky. We had a problem with the internet, there was no Wi-Fi for 9 days, I had to spend money on new SIM cards for the family's cell phones. The problem was with Spectrum's equipment, Shelly provided the repair. The refrigerator leaks water internally and ends up wetting food, I had to put a container for the water inside the refrigerator. At the village gate sometimes (almost every day) you get an electric shock (mild) on the keyboard. I would stay again if the price was a little lower.

Another successful stay at "Crestwynd Bay"...

Enjoyed our stay, as we have in the past at Crestwynd. Do have one thing that I think you should be aware of. We parked right beside the curb daily, as the space was open (right in front) of our unit. "There are tree roots, many of them 'above' the ground!" In daylight, they are visible but early and later in the evening, you cannot see them. When I got out of my Caravan, I tripped over one of the higher roots and went sliding along like a surfboard and thankfully, because the grass was 'wet from rain' I only got slightly bruised. The roots are dangerous...I would not want someone to get seriously hurt.

The property was sufficient for our use

The place was clean and met our needs for a family of 6. We were allowed to checkout by noon instead of 10:00AM which helped us get our things together. It is close to Disney but about 30 minutes from Universal.

Disney Vacay

Our rental was adequate and super close to Disney World. Aside from a few issues with cleanliness, everything was just fine for our stay. It wasn’t a big issue, but the unit being in a residential complex was a little different to us. (Others we’ve stayed in we’re not like this). So that caught us off guard a little with folks going to and from work and kids walking to the school bus pick up. No one bothered us, so agin it was more that we didn’t expect it….not that it was an issue.

Great stay for the price

Everything we needed for our stay and for our dogs. Location is excellent for Disney, shopping, grocery/pharmacy etc.
