Lake Front-Private Beach Access- Golf - all within walking distance

Walk to the sugar white sands on the beach with a private gated beach access across the street, or walk to the fairways of Signal Hill Golf Course next door or watch the fountain show from your own oversized balcony. You can have both the ocean within walking distance and the lake off the balcony. You will have amazing views from the 18th floor private oversized balcony.
The condo is conveniently located right off the north elevator so no long walks to your vacation home, which makes coming and going much easier. Laketown Wharf has a lake right outside so you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the boardwalk next to the water, or visit some of the restaurants for an evening out. If a quiet home cooked meal is what you desire, the fully equipped kitchen will be perfect for a relaxing evening at home or enjoy the barbeque grills downstairs for a nice BBQ and night out by the lake.
After an exciting day a beach lounging, surfing the waves, sightseeing, touring, or shopping, you will also enjoy the five shared swimming pools and the two hot tubs. There's also a putting green on site (please bring your own putters and balls). Spend your afternoon pool hopping from the lagoon pool and rooftop pool with a hot tub to the large island pool on the lake and zero-edge family pool. There's also a play pool for kids, which has lovely beach views. If this is not enough there is also a fitness center to help work off all the delicious food you will find at the many beachside restaurants.
You are centrally located in Panama City Beach. Front Beach Road borders the resort to the north. The bustling street is lined with plenty of shops and restaurants putting you only a quick walk away from educational exhibits at Wonderworks, thrills at Race City, scientific exhibits, and the animals of ZooWorld and beachfront dining at Pineapple Willy’s. You can spend your days lounging on the nearby beach, or hit the road and go sightseeing to the west. From shopping and rides at Pier Park to wet and wild thrills at Shipwreck Island Water Park you have no shortage of opportunities for fun.
This three bedroom + bunkroom, three bath condo sleeps 10 and was just updated in September 2022. The updates include all LVP Flooring, paint, appliances, four flat screen TV’s, linens, and all kitchen equipment. The condo is decorated in light beach décor, with comfortable furnishings, and central AC so you'll have a pleasant place to come home to in-between all your explorations. The condo offers free WiFi and cable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can take care of your beach clothes while you make a delicious dinner in the full kitchen or downstairs on one of community grills, then relax and unwind on the balcony and watch the fountain show.
The condo will sleep up to 10 people. The three bedrooms have king beds. Two of the bedrooms have private baths. The bunk room has one twin bunk beds. The family room offers a queen sleeper sofa.

*Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A photo ID will be required for each guest checking in. Thank you!
* Resort Fees: You will need to go to security in the front lobby and bring a copy of your rental agreement and photo ID. Tell them you are renting from the owner in unit 1834. You will need to obtain a parking pass and wrist bands for each guest for your stay. The HOA will charge an additional Fee payable to the HOA/Club property. Please make sure the pass is displayed in front windshield in the left hand corner. Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.
Water Access: Private beach access is located just across Thomas Drive by Pineapple Willy's, and a public access is located across the street near the South parking garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. The gate code for beach access at Pineapple Willy's will be provided.
