Este apartamento está ubicado en el segundo piso de un edificio de apartamentos que consta de 3 apartamentos. Ha sido completamente renovado en 2015 y recientemente ha sido amueblado y decorado con un aspecto fresco de playa. Es el lugar perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas y está equipado para hasta 4 personas.

Relájese con una vista increíble desde el balcón abierto sobre el río banana. Mira las puestas de sol o delfines y manatíes. Explore el río Banana desde nuestro exuberante jardín con nuestros 2 kayaks o nuestro remo de pie o vaya a pescar.

Está a solo 2 minutos a pie cruzando la calle hacia el Océano Atlántico con sus extensas playas que invitan a caminar o surfear. Usualmente compartirás la playa con pocas personas. Para más entretenimiento, hay bares y restaurantes cerca, muchos con asientos directos en la playa o en la orilla del río.

Estás en una ubicación perfecta para muchas actividades entretenidas. Orlando está a solo 45 minutos en coche de los famosos parques temáticos y centros comerciales. En el horizonte se puede ver el mundialmente famoso Kennedy-Space-Center, que es muy interesante para explorar.

Dado que Cabo Cañaveral con su enorme puerto de cruceros está a solo 20 minutos en coche, sea nuestro huésped antes o después de su crucero.

Great location!

This location is difficult to beat. The shared pool and proximity to the beach are wonderful. Our apartment was comfortable and met our needs. There were definitely more deferred maintenance items than we anticipated and things were just generally well worn. Again the location is great!

Rare Location: Beach and River

We enjoyed both the gorgeous, clean, Cocoa Beach, and the river teeming with wildlife. There is so much to do right at the unit: kayaking, pool, short walk to the beach, SUP's, watching the sunset, grilling, and good food within walking distance. We took a little paddle trip north on the river up to the aquatic preserve (mangroves and more wildlife)...took us about 1 1/2 hours round trip.

Great location. Spacious for family of 4. Clean. Just as listed/expected. Bonus: pool, kayaks, standing paddle boards, walking distance to beach, & wildlife sightings (dolphin, fish, horseshoe crabs, etc.). Highly recommend. Will return in the future.

Overall, pretty nice place. Larger than most I've stayed in. Convenient off the main road. Stocked with most everything. Pool was nice, didn't use it was too chilly out. Too windy to sit out or use yard or kayaks. Not sure about getting in water right there, but some may be ok with it. It was updated nicely, which I find a plus.

Nice apartment and amazing view

The apartment unit itself was very nice and beachy feeling and the view from the back balcony was amazing. The bottle opener with the catch "bucket" below it was pure genius! lol The owners were very helpful with questions before our stay and called during our 2nd day to check on us (after some confusion upon checking in). The distance to the beach was great (1/2 block then across the street) and it's located on the quiet end of Cocoa Beach so it was perfect for a couples getaway. My only complaint with the property as a whole was it needs landscaping work...badly. Some parts hadn't been weeded in quite some time and would improve the look of the property tremendously as it looks very overgrown right now. The lawn has been mowed but that appears to be the only type of yard work done this summer. The pool is well kept and clean, our unit was very clean as well. On a side note....the orange kayak takes on water so be careful if taking that one out....bring a cup! :) But would definitely stay here again.....and we did see several dolphins in the Banana River swimming by!

Can’t ask for a better location!

I stayed in the property for 2 nights prior to my cruise from Port Canaveral. The location is fantastic! Beautiful river in the back-with dolphin sightings almost daily- and right across the street from beach access. I ordered pizza the first night, as I got in late, and delivery was easy to this apartment. Great variety of restaurants in the downtown Cocoa Beach area that’s not far away. There were a couple cleaning snags(hair in bathroom and large crumbs on kitchen floor) but nothing that made me feel like the apartment hadn’t been cleaned-just a couple missed spots. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great July 4th!

The property was perfect for beach time as well as solitude along the Banana River. We enjoyed sitting along the banks and watching the fireworks! Everything was nice and clean and well decorated. We definitely enjoyed eating and Squid Lips just up the road. I would definitely recommend booking this property!

What a gem!

We had the best time staying here! We saw so many amazing things at this property, stingrays, dolphins, bioluminescent water, beautiful sunsets, the list goes on and on! We went to Orlando for two days of our stay and it’s not a bad drive. We will definitely stay again.

Was really nice, booked both sides, so had daughter and son-in-law and grandson on one side. My wife and me and our 13 year old daughter on our side. The view was amazing, sunset, manatees, dolphins, crabs, horseshoe crabs, etc. Ocean, just across the street, easy walk and very private.

Truly a Gem!

We had the best time at dolphin Bay! The property is exactly as the description and pictures in the listing. One of the things I loved about this unit is that they utilize every part of the space effectively! It’s only a 1 BR but we had NO issues with space and storage. We loved being on the water and the beach is literally across the street. We saw dolphins in the bay every day we were there. We liked going out and exploring Cocoa Beach, but we enjoyed hanging out at the condo just as much, if not more. I am definitely planning to stay again in the future. You can’t beat the value you get from this property! Until next time Dolphin Bay!

Great value and location!

This was a great property to stay in the Cocoa Beach area, and only a short walk across the road to the beach access. The property had a shared pool that was nice as well. We enjoyed the fantastic view of the Banana river and access to kayaks to use included in the stay. THe unit was clean, but you can hear your neighbors somewhat through the walls, which was mentioned in other reviews as well. Ended up not being a major issue though and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend the 4st Street Fillin Station for dinner and drinks too!
