About this space
A private laid back beach bungalow 300 steps from the beach at 13th street in Cocoa Beach! In a very safe area of town, only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars in downtown Cocoa Beach and 10-15 minutes from the Port! It's a private downstairs apartment with a living room TV, kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.
The space
The bedroom has a full size bed (with a foldout couch bed in the living room), dresser, bathroom/shower, with fresh clean towels & linens for your stay. We also have beach umbrellas & access to rental surfboards and stand up paddle boards. The hosts live upstairs so if you need any recommendations or accommodations we are happy to help! We will respect your privacy! Come relax in and enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a short walk or ride.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Stu was great and rented a surfboard for us so it was there when we arrived and we were able to play on the beach to our hearts content. Very clear instructions, smooth communication and everything I could have needed for a fun beach experience was provided.

Convenient location, a little further from the beach than I thought, but still walkable. No smoking means no smoking anywhere on the property, so if you enjoy a cigar and a scotch at night don't stay here. We sat on a rock on A1A to relax with our drink and my mans cigar in the evening.Host very nice and lives on the property.

It is a perfect home away from home spot. The owners are extremely friendly. We were able to check out late on our last day. Started our day off im the ocean before leaving. A block away from the beach. Great restaurant choices. You also have an adorable lizard neighbor. We named him Bob, so say hi to him.

Our stay was great. Owners were very communicative and accommodating. Located a block from the beach was just the perfect distance. Beach items were available for use and worked perfectly. Highly reviled to anyone looking for a place to stay that’s near a quiet portion of the beach, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city.

This place is perfect for a beach weekend! The house has all the beach essentials- cooler, chairs, towels etc. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is yourself! The beach access is a couple minutes walk down the street. The house is a few miles away from the downtown area which we liked- the beach was less crowded and quiet at night. The owners were super friendly and always responded fast.

Everything you need for a beach stay!

Property was clean, easy walk to the beach, everything you needed if you wanted to make some meals in. Close to downtown Coco Beach, easy to get to the Kennedy Space Center. I would stay again!

This a perfect location if you want to hit the beach, bars, or restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It's a great little one bedroom that is suitable for one person or a couple. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Check in and out were super simple and the owners live on site and are very accessible.

Wonderful stay within walking distance of beach!

Such a wonderful stay! Maria Elena and Stu were very responsive and wonderful hosts. The backyard and landscaping at the house is gorgeous! And 5min walk to the beach! Amazing location. Very quiet and cute apartment with a full kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

Great Stay in Cocoa Beach!

Perfect layout and comfortable bungalow with a backyard area to enjoy. Very short walk to beach. Short drive to river for kayaking through the mangroves. Hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

Weekend getaway to Cocoa Beach

2nd time we’ve stayed at this gem. Perfect location, as we needed to go to Melbourne & Titusville. The hosts are friendly & close by if you need anything. Glad we met them this trip. Great location, quiet, close to the ocean. Their place was clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed & a lovely space out back to enjoy.
