Great Family Vacation Home on bay! Close to beach! 10 Max persons per HOA

Great pool and gym over looking the bay! 5 Bedroom 4 Bath home overlooking the Bay. Everything updated as of June 2025. New 85” Samsung tv with surround in living room. Two car Garage with lower and upper decks in back of property with view of the bay. All bedrooms will have 55" Series 6 TCL TV's with built in Roku.
All beds will be comfortable pillow top mattresses for the ultra-sleep experience. Bedrooms are large and spacious and very private. There are three master bedrooms with own bath. one other bathroom between middle 2nd floor bedrooms. Large walk-in closets in the master bedrooms.
Property is in a premier development! Boat slips are available, and also kayaking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I have incorporated my expectations in this home and I think you will agree, it is very appealing and comfortable. I believe comfortable beds and nice sized TV's are important. The furniture is plentiful allowing for everyone in the house to be seated in the living and dining rooms and even the back porch while being near everyone. The entire group can be together if you desire. I hope you enjoy your stay at my beach house, and please let me know your thoughts at the end of your stay!

The greatest thing about the property is you are very close to Ocean City Maryland. You have many options of enjoyment at your finger tips. 5 Minutes to beach, 5 walking minutes to bay and pool in the development. Great home grilling with view of the bay from the huge back porch.

The property is unique in a sense that you are isolated with the bay in your back yard, but at the same time a stone's throw away from all the action. You can relax by the wonderful pool that overlooks the bay. Also there is a gym overlooking the bay if you feel like exercising. The house has nice sized bedrooms with large tv's in every room.
