Totally Amazing!

Amazing, beautiful gorgeous property! Ricks home was cleaner than clean, and we found everything we needed. Everything was perfect! The beds were very comfortable, and the views were awesome and peaceful. The neighborhood is gorgeous and so well-maintained that you could not want for a better place for you, and your family. Truly God blessed us when we found this home, and such a fine host.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a lovely stay at this home. The property was stunning and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We absolutely would recommend this home and looking forward to visiting again in the summer months when the pool is open.

As always, a wonderful stay!

This is our second year at the property and it is truly one of the best homes we've stayed in. The home is large, comfortable, beautifully decorated and nothing beats the view of the bay from the screened in porch. Rick is incredibly responsive and helpful and I highly recommend staying here!

Great house with beautiful view of bay. 10-15 min drive to beach at state park and easy access to other amenities. Host readily available via texts for our questions and check in and check out very easy

Fantastic Family Vacation

The house was wonderful! It had everything that we needed for cooking. The house's location next to the pool was perfect. Rick was great to work with. We will definitely consider going back!

Beautiful Home, Great for families!

This is a beautiful home with amazing, unobstructed views of the bay! The owner, Rick is Wonderful to deal with! The home is beautifully decorated and is in a very convenient location. There is no detail missed! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Miracle Week at Fenwick!

We had an amazing week at this lovely property. We are a well traveled family and this property exceeded our past experiences. The bikes were a big hit with the kids and there were epic corn hole tournaments in the backyard!

Truly amazing

This house was a wonderful place for my family’s vacation. We had 8-10 people here throughout the week and not once did we feel crowded. The location was amazing overlooking the bay. Watching the moonrises and sunrises from the deck was perfect way to start and end our days. The location of the house was so convenient and there are so many things to do in this area. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location, and accomodations!

Amazing House and Location!!

We just finished a 2 week stay and couldn’t have been happier. The house is well decorated, comfortable, right across the street from a great community pool and has amazing views of the bay. What few minor issues we had during our stay were fixed immediately by Rick. He was communicative and takes great care of renters! We will definitely be renting here again.

Utter perfection

We have rented this property multiple times. It is our “happy place.” Everything about it is perfect. Beautiful home, beautiful location. We enjoyed the nearby beach, restaurants, and shopping, but were just as happy sitting on the deck or Sun porch gazing out at the beautiful bay.

We had a fabulous college reunion for 7 old friends at this beautiful home. Perfect in so many ways…gorgeous view, well equipped, perfect location near pool and a short drive to the beach. Could not have been any better; just wish it was longer!

Great to be back

This was our family's second stay at the Frank Point house and every single day reminded us of why we couldn't wait to get back. The comfort and amenities of the house along with Rick's hospitality are unparalleled. Great week with amazing views

Great house sitting right on the bay with amazing views all around. Was more than enough space for 8 adults and 2 children. Being right next to the community pool and rec center made things much easier - could take the kids back for lunch and naps and back to the pool with ease. Would absolutely stay again. Lots of board games and card games were provided. TVs had every streaming service you could think of available.

Family Vacation

We had a delightful time at this house. We were able to do family pictures on the deck, swim at the pool, kayak, biking, some yard games, some used the exercise facility, hit the beach several days and attend a baseball tournament for our grandson Was a busy but relaxing week. Kitchen is well stocked and I always find something to leave and this trip it was a meat thermometer. Place is clean and orderly. We loved it.

A year-round treat!

This was our family's third stay at Rick's beautiful property. We've typically stayed in the summer when the beach was the primary attraction. However, visiting in April allowed us to explore Ocean City, Bethany, and Rehoboth, in addition to Fenwick Island - all of which are so close to the house. As always, an immaculate, and fully stocked house and kitchen. Great, quiet neighborhood, well suited for casual walks, or just playing outside in the yard. The firepit on the patio made for a cozy spot to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Thank you again Rick for your hospitality!

Beautiful home.

We had a lovely time despite terrible weather. The house had everything we needed for a week spent inside. The kitchen was well-stocked with quality appliances (including blender, mixer, air fryer, Instapot, toaster, several coffee makers, etc), good knives, cookware, etc. comfortable beds, TVs in the 2 main rooms plus bedrooms, and comfortable seating for a large group. Wish we had been able to take advantage of the decks, outdoor dining and pool next door, as well as sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. The owner was very responsive. We hope to visit again.

Utter perfection

We have stayed at this property several times and it is always utter perfection. This was the first time we cooked at the property and we were amazed at how well-stocked the kitchen is. Better than my own! This was also the first time we brought other members of our family including grandparents. They had the time of their lives. There is something magical about this house, the views, the location. The house itself is absolutely pristine. The owner is the BEST!!!!

Winter bliss

This was our second stay at this beautiful house. We felt instantly relaxed and at home upon arrival. Once again, the owner had left us a bottle of wine and an assortment of drinks in the fridge to welcome us. The house is pristine. Between the cold weather and the pandemic, we did not do a whole lot, but simply looking out at the gorgeous view was mesmerizing. We did go for a lot of walks. The neighborhood is very pretty and friendly and quiet, and has its own dock as this is a waterfront property.

We rented in The Overlook in July 2018 and were absolutely amazed with this community and the high-quality homes. Within 6 months, we had our own vacation home built on lot #1 at the waterfront right next to the community center.
