"Royal Palms Penthouse 1403 está ubicado en 561 East Beach Boulevard en la hermosa Gulf Shores, Alabama.

¡Tus sueños de vacaciones se han hecho realidad con este increíble ático! Esta impresionante unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños le quitará el aliento. Cada habitación tiene una cómoda cama king size. Una de las suites principales incluso tiene su propio bar y mini nevera (¡son las 5 en punto en alguna parte!). Esta unidad tiene un increíblemente único balcón envolvente de 1000 pies cuadrados con acceso desde la sala de estar, el comedor y cada habitación. ¡Te sentirás como un rey de la realeza en las playas sumergiéndose en todas las vistas y sonidos del Golfo de México! Los techos altos de 9 pies, la cocina totalmente equipada y la lavadora y secadora te harán sentir como en casa mientras estás de vacaciones. Como si todo esto no fuera suficiente, hay 3 televisores, un reproductor de DVD y Wi-Fi para mantenerlo conectado y entretenido durante su estadía.

Royal Palms es una hermosa propiedad con muchas excelentes comodidades. Con su ubicación frente al golfo, tendrás fácil acceso a las playas de arena blanca de Gulf Shores todos los días. Gorgeous place!

We had to rebook a place at the last minute and we were so glad we did!! This condo does not disappoint!! Clean and gorgeous! The king bed rooms are so nice and the beds are really comfy! The wrap around balcony is absolutely amazing with really nice furniture! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely stay here again!!

Best view in Gulf Shores

We have stayed in several units at Royal Palms (all of which have been wonderful) but this unit was the best of all! Everything is just as described and pictured, and the views of the beach from the beach facing balcony to the side wrap around were the greatest. The unit itself was spacious and well organized. We felt right at home the minute we walked down the long hallway to the living room. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Best view in Gulf Shores!

This is the best condo in the Royal Palms. The balcony is incredible and has comfy furniture. The view is amazing! This condo is the best place to watch the sunrise and moonrise over the water.

Wonderful stay

We’ve been staying in this building for the last 6years. We love the location. Being next to the state park gives everyone space to spread out so the beach doesn’t seem as crowded. This is the best condo we have stayed in in the building. It was so clean and had everything we could need. We will definately be staying here again.

Stunning Property

This Penthouse condo unit at the Royal Palms is top notch. Everything is exactly as described and the property management company was great and easy to work with. There isn't a better view from any where else in Gulf Shores. So happy to have stayed here and will book again.

Beach paradise

Absolutely amazing on all aspects. Location was a 10 plus - the wrap around terraces made the view of the white sands and national park incredible. The furnishings were all new and spotless. Extremely happy with our stay and all the details of the unit.

Best view in Gulf Shores

We loved Royal Palms 1403! The living room, dining room, and kitchen area was bigger than other units we have stayed in. Both bedrooms were large with plenty of room as well. The balcony was our favorite part. The views are wonderful and the furniture was very comfortable. We plan to stay here again!

Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time! The weather wasn’t the best but there’s so much to see and do down here, that we stayed busy every day. So many restaurants to chose from and within walking distance. Having the indoor heated pool was an added plus for our grandkids. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the million dollar views from the balcony can’t be beat!! We will for sure be back!!

Great location, balcony desperately needs furniture

The selling point of this condo over others in the building was the enormous balcony. We had fantastic views. However, the available furniture was either broken or unusable, with the exception of two Adirondack chairs. The owners need to take advantage of the balcony because it's really the only advantage to this unit. Location was great. We had a quiet beach right next to the state park, so it was not crowded at any time during our stay. We didn't care about being able to walk to other locations in GS.

We were there for my daughters beach wedding and her condo down the hall was definitely not what I had hoped for their wedding trip...the balcony furniture was broken, dirty and moldy. The inside furniture in desperate need of updating and just a very weird layout with a wall of full length in the narrow hallway. She was quite disappointed especially when she saw that ours was so much nicer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not happy at all with security, parking and security. I ask security guard if we could park in handy cap parking area. Due to wife knee surgeries we need to get as close to levTOR A POSSIBLE. security told me I could park anywhereexcept owners parking and no parking. I parked in handy cap parking I had citation on vechicle the next morning with towing citation possible.I belong to RV,S Pro magazine with 50,000 members and I definitely will not recommend this place. i would like to talk to owners about what a security gates that does not work does for their business. after 15 years stayine at this location; i will never book there again nor will I book with Bender. Bender No help at all.

Reviewer Comments: This has been our 3rd stay at Royal Palms 1403 for a month.The Penthouse was very clean, spacious, and the wraparound balcony provided beautiful patio furniture to enjoy the view of the beach.Good customer service was provided when the ice maker didn’t work, a serviceman replaced ice maker/ door seal in a timely matter.I would highly recommend this Penthouse to anyone.We have stayed at many other properties tru Bender Realty at Gulf Shores and this by far has the most Awesome view , spacious living area, and the paintings by the owner we loved.The only recommendation would be to replace the couch eventually.We hope the owner continues to offer us snowbirds winter monthly rates.Thank you to the owner and Bender Reality for letting us enjoy a beach condo that felt like home to us.A retired Vietnam veteran and wife.
