Perfect for a week of baseball-sports!

Our son was playing college baseball for a spring trip. This condo was a perfect fit for being close to the fields, restaurants, groceries and entertainment. The pool is very nice and the host was amazing to work with- easily accessible!

Great apartment and location

The apartment was lovely. It was clean and up to date. We were 10-15 minutes from all Disney parks and about 20 minutes from other Orlando sites. Great location. I would definitely choose the same place to stay again. Due to a family emergency, we had to contact the owners and they were so kind and helpful.

Loved the property. Didn't have a dryer as they were waiting for parts. So that put a small damper on doing clothes. The bar and restaurant is absolutely awesome. Thanks to Rebecca and Todd for the awesome service and conversation. Great food and prices.

Champions Gate

This property was absolutely beautiful and the condo was very spacious and very clean. We were there to visit Disney and it was a great location. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants, and fast food. Many shops close by. Checking in and out was so easy. The pool area and hot tub are gorgeous. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great place to stay.

Nice place for convenience to all of Orlando .

We have stayed in this Resort 3 times. . The clubhouse is no longer open , the movie theater is no longer open , nor the lounge /bar . Check in instructions state to check in at club house .

This property was exactly as expected, the condo was nice and clean with comfortable beds, living area and a screened in balcony. Large pool with lounge chairs and cabanas was a major plus. The condo only a mile away from restaurants and shops. Close to the highway but it was just background noise for us and did not hinder our experience here. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back!

Close and Comfortable

Our kids were performing in the Disney Parade and we needed a close place to stay. We wanted an nice apartment not a hotel. this place fit the bill to a T. We were gone all day but it was nice to return late in the evening and enjoy some wine with friends in a clean and comfortable condo instead of sitting on a bed in a hotel. Would stay here again.

In the middle of our events

This was a good place to stay. Centrally located for us. Appreciated the elevator. Would have been nice to know I needed to bring toilet paper and Paper towels. But worked out ok. I did find the bed sheets from the person prior to us. So I folded them and placed them on the bed we did not use. I did question the gated community as the gate was never closed the entire time we were there. Over all it was a good stay. Thank you!

Good Location

The best I can give this property was the location. It was tough with the AC and us sweating at night with the remote temperature going to almost 80 at times. The toilet gets clogged very easily and we brought our own towels, due to having to wash and dry all towels before leaving. My sheets were stained and the bathroom mats really needed to be changed out. But, hey the location is good for Disney. Just bring your own sheets and towels.

Great vacation

The place was very quiet and clean and that’s what we were looking forward to on our vacation. The pool was beautiful although my kids didn’t get to enjoy it because our schedule were already so busy during our stay but it was beautiful. The screen balcony was a plus to us because we have young children. The only thing that was difficult was the checking in and checking out. But we had a great property manager and he communicated very well with us so that was great. My kids were not very happy with the 2nd bedroom bathroom door not closing all the way because it scares them at night, but we managed. 😄. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to this area of town. Thank you for a great stay.

Served Its Purpose But Could Have Been Better

The pool was the best part of the resort. The clubhouse was under construction so the bar and restaurant were not open (even though they were stated as amenities). The condo was acceptable but could have been so much more. It was clean but the bedding and main seating areas could be improved. Linens and pillows were not that great and there were no extra blankets available. The main seating area was almost like sitting on the floor the cushions gave so much. Lastly, the unit had temperature limitations that were not reasonable. For example, the AC was not to be set below 74 which did not take the humidity out of the condo. This should have been noted in the amenities. We surely would have chosen a different condo if this was known.

Property was not cleaned when we arrived.

We arrived at 10pm & had to sleep in a dirty condo. We complained to owner & property management. I wanted to leave & get a refund, but they insisted on coming in & cleaning. Hard to stay in a place when you know it was just filthy & not cleaned. They cleaned the areas that we showed them from pictures we had taken, but the place is not a comfortable vacation location. It is outdated & not taken care of. The master bed sinks in the middle so VERY uncomfortable. They did not fix this after our complaint. A new mattress is needed! Showers are moldy. There isn’t much available there so if you are flying in you will need to pack extra towels for the pool & anything extra that most families assume will be in a condo for use. Pool is nice, but not heated & hot tub did now heat up. Condo faces expressway so you will hear that throughout the day. Condo building needs to be on directions, wasn’t clear on building location. Overall very disappointed by cost of condo & experience.

We'll collaborate with our cleaning team since this is not consistent with our cleaning expectations to make sure that these areas aren't missed moving forward and to ensure this issue does not recur for future guests -We were happy to provide you with a cleaning fee refund due to the issues you reported and hope this helped to make up for the inconveniences experienced -We do apologize for the mold in the shower, we resealed the grout shower tile as well as deep cleaned the entire property, we take pride in the cleanliness of our property -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously and make sure that the photos and descriptions correctly represent the property and that our listing was exactly as shown in the pictures you relied upon for your booking, and guests can decide before booking if the décor meets their expectations. -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, while we cannot control noise we are sorry if this made your stay less relaxing. We have a fan that helps prevent additional sound from making it into the condo while guests are in the unit to help eliminate noise. We had not received a complaint about this yet, but we understand how this could have a negative impact on a guest's stay. -We're sincerely sorry you didn't find the beds comfortable and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. however, they are one of the most approved in the market -We are sorry that you felt the bathrooms and kitchen were outdated. Our unit is equipped with quality furnishings and guests seem very happy with it. We were surprised by some of your feedback, the countertops are brand new and were replaced within the last year We are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy wonderful stays here and its relaxing appeal.
