Amazing place!

We stayed at Jerry’s place for wedding at and couldn’t have been more happy with the place! It was right at the bottom of the hill and a short less than 2 min walk to the beach/ beach resort. The communication with Jerry and his team was amazing even before we checked in until after we checked out. Everyone was super accommodating and I couldn’t have been more grateful for the ease of the stay. The place isn’t anything fancy but absolutely perfect for what we were looking for esp when you aren’t in the room a lot. The place has everything you need from chairs to snorkel equipment and again the walk to the beach and the sapphire beach resort was super quick!! Would highly highly recommend and would definitely stay here on another trip to St. Thomas.

Perfect for myself

This property was exactly as advertised. Had everything I needed. Jerry was extremely accommodating and reached out to me multiple times throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Would stay again.

Pleasant. Had all we needed

I was reeled in with the description of the beach was only 200 steps away. That was false. It was a good 5 minute walk. The rest was great.

It was exactly what we wanted. It was our third trip to St. Thomas, and this will be our go to place for future trips. Great location, perfect setup, and Jerry went the extra mile to have the place ready for us!

Great stay and great location

Had an awesome time staying at Jerry’s place at Sapphire Beach. Beautiful view from the balcony, and the condo was exactly what we needed for the trip. Great being down the street from Red Hook Ferry. Jerry was great to communicate with as well - I’ll keep an eye out for this place next time!

Great unit

The view is right over the marina so you can see all the activity there which was really cool. Having a Murphy bed opened up alot of space in the unit during the day, which was an excellent idea...and it was comfortable.

I came to Sapphire Beach in 1981 for the first time to treat myself for college graduation. And what a treat it was! I did not return here afterwards but instead I went to many other different tropical locales over the years without ever doubling back to any. I was sitting in my home office in 2018 wondering what my next beach adventure would be. I searched for the old bungalows on the beach that I stayed in but they were no more. I decided to rent a studio here. I had no intent to purchase. I arrived on a Tuesday, toured this unit Wednesday, offered Thursday and bought Saturday. Crazy yes but it was just the right thing for me. I pulled the trigger and didn't look back. NO REGRETS WHATSOEVER!!!!

Since my purchase I have worked diligently on my little paradise. Freshening, fully painting, repairing, updating, upgrading. It is MY place now. Just the way I wanted it. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have. Please respect it as I do. It's yours to enjoy also.
