You're now just a few steps from famous Sapphire Beach and just up the hill from the popular Red Hook area where you have access to the ferry services. Wake and have breakfast on the balcony overlooking Sapphire Marina, St John and the British Virgin Islands.

St. Thomas is the gateway isle of the U.S. Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. It's known for its dining, shopping, night life, beaches, scuba, fishing, snorkeling and much more. Territorial capital Charlotte Amalie, founded by the Danish in the 1600s, is a busy cruise-ship port that is not to be missed.

St. Thomas is the cosmopolitan hub of the USVI, a bustling city with far more than a day’s worth of things to do, beaches to hit, and restaurants to chow through.

Just a somewhat new beach bum and recently retired Pharmacist thoroughly enjoying my new life. As Zac Brown sings - "I got my toes in the water, my ass in the sand, not a worry in the world, a cold beer in my hand. Life is good today".

Why they chose this property

I came to Sapphire Beach in 1981 for the first time to treat myself for college graduation. And what a treat it was! I did not return here afterwards but instead I went to many other different tropical locales over the years without ever doubling back to any. I was sitting in my home office in 2018 wondering what my next beach adventure would be. I searched for the old bungalows on the beach that I stayed in but they were no more. I decided to rent a studio here. I had no intent to purchase. I arrived on a Tuesday, toured this unit Wednesday, offered Thursday and bought Saturday. Crazy yes but it was just the right thing for me. I pulled the trigger and didn't look back. NO REGRETS WHATSOEVER!!!!

What makes this property unique

Since my purchase I have worked diligently on my little paradise. Freshening, fully painting, repairing, updating, upgrading. It is MY place now. Just the way I wanted it. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have. Please respect it as I do. It's yours to enjoy also.
