The Perfect Keystone Home for Your Family's Colorado Vacation

Relax in our beautiful and tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-story townhome in desirable Ski Tip Ranch neighborhood of Keystone, with more than 1,700 square feet of living space for your entire family to enjoy and relax. Master suite with King Bed, second bedroom with Queen and third bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Ski Tip Ranch is less than a mile walk or a short free shuttle ride (the stop is right out front) to the ski lifts, shopping and restaurants at River Run, and yet nice and quiet for that wonderful Colorado mountain feeling. The unit is equipped with all modern conveniences to help you relax after a great day on the slopes, including a fully stocked kitchen (crock pot, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils), 3 TV’s, free wifi, grill on the deck, heated one-car garage and washer/dryer. There is a large community hot tub as well. Less than a minute walk to renowned Ski Tip Lodge restaurant.

Ski trip to Keystone

Loved this property! The view from the living room is beautiful and the bus stop for the ski shuttle is literally in front of the building which was very convenient.

Wonderful condo and great location

The condo was a great layout for our family; comfortable beds and linens. Love the humidifiers to help with the dry air. Location is fantastic with parking at a great lot less than 3 minutes away. Would definitely go back!

Great pre-Christmas Getaway

This property is charming and well situated close to River Run village. Great walking trail and shuttle access to get around town. Kitchen was perfect to cook and feed a family of 6. Only downside, no tissues but that’s a small issue to overcome.

Perfect vacation spot

My family and I loved this property. Great location, awesome views, very comfortable, and spacious. Enough parking spots, easy walk or bus ride to the slopes. Stefanie is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The cabin had all the items one might need for cooking, as well as extra blankets and pillows.

Beautifully furnished townhome with incredible privacy and views

We brought our whole family up for Christmas week and had a great time. Plenty of room and well furnished kitchen allowing us to cook all our our meals at home. Stephanie is a pleasure to deal with and even had a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room. We will definitely be back.

We loved the home for our family because it was warm, inviting, and close to everything. Appliances are dated but very functional. Master bath toilet ran frequently. Could have used some salt for our driveway which became quite icey during our stay. Overall a great place to stay with a gorgeous backdrop to the mountain. Can see gondola from back patio 😊

Great place and location!

We had a great stay. We had this place for 8 nights and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location was close enough to walk if you wanted to (10 minutes) and a bus also runs regularly to the resort, every 20 minutes. I would highly recommend for a group of people, 8 or smaller.

Perfect place for family snow trip

Cozy yet plenty of room and so well appointed! Half the family walked straight out to the shuttle bus for Keystone Mountain, which was only 10 minutes tops on the bus. The other half played behind the condo in the snow! Ideal location - we drove 2 minutes to Keystone resort area in our own car each night for dinner and tubing on the mountain. We were also happy to see the board games for night time family fun, as well as snow shoes in the garage for us to try out!Got my security deposit back in 4 days and enjoyed renting from this great family.

2016 Spring Break

Great condo for our family for Spring Break skiing. Close to the River Run area, two minute drive to parking and shuttle stop close by. Open floor plan, well equipped kitchen with gas range and large pantry. Comfortable seating for relaxing after a day spent on the slopes. Large dining table for family meals. High quality furnishings and unit was very clean. Beds and linens were top notch. Garage parking kept snow off our SUV but might not be big enough for large trucks or Suburban size vehicles. Overall one of the best units we have used in ten years of vacationing at Keystone.
