Spectacular Luxury 1-Bedroom Suites by BCA are 1-Bedroom / 1-Bath, furnished apartments located in the convenient Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, just 1 block from Peachtree Street.

Your apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Nice space!

Thanks for the amazing touches like leaving laundry pods and dish soap. It was so nice to really be able to use the apartment without having to do a full trip to target for essentials. A month at Spectrum BCA

We loved the place. We were looking for someplace to stay after arriving to the US from overseas until our proper apartment was ready. We were looking for someplace connected to Marta, a place that accepts pets and a place with gym and a pool. All of this was the apartment at Spectrum. 1270 Spring St Atlanta Georgia

The unit was very nice and the building is excellent. Both exceeded expectations. The location is convenient to downtown. My only issue was with the key fobs needed to gain entry to the building and elevators. Mine did not work. They were replaced within 24 hrs of reporting the issue. However, the replacements never worked for the front door. It was a minor inconvenience Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know that after we replaced your building FOB the first time it still was not working. We were able to get it working again. Second Stay with BCA

I had a great week long stay at their 1 bedroom Spectacular Suites. I previously stayed at their Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums for 3 weeks. Both locations are immaculate and the check in/out process was a breeze! Walking in, the air and lights were on and welcoming, especially after a long drive. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, linens were comfortable and freshly washed. The bathroom was HUGE and had plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. I spent plenty of mornings on my balcony looking out at the inner courtyard, and afternoons swimming in the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dish-ware I could ever need. Internet was speedy and there were multiple TVs in the apartment as well. During my stay, I spoke with both Alex and Michael who were always courteous and available to help with any questions I had.
