Nice place for small family
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As stated in the house description, our beach house is appointed for a family stay in mind: it accommodates comfortably one large or two small families. t has 8 chairs in the dining room and enough seating for 2 families' adult entertainment: 3 seats on the sofa , 2 on the loveseat, an ottoman and 3 chairs at the kitchen island in our open floor space first floor. We also have carpet in the family room for the kids to play board games on the floor. It is not intended for 8 adults party entertainment. We hope you will come back with your family to enjoy the many amenities our beach house offers as a home-away-from-home beach vacation!
Location
This is an ideal location! You are less than 2 miles from our tax free Tanger Outlets w/ a back way from Church St to avoid Rt. 1 traffic, bike rental shop close for biking, and fantastic restaurants & shops walking distance. This home is practically brand new just built in 2014.
