30A Chic at the Beach!! Beautifully Renovated Ground Floor Unit.

Oct - Feb Snowbird Special! This first floor unit is equipped with all the extras, and you will be warmly welcomed with a guest book to help you navigate our home and community! Our condo has been completely renovated in an elegantly modern French European style, and features a large reclaimed barn wood feature piece with a recessed smart TV and electric fireplace (cozy for cool nights and snowbirds). Sleeping arrangements include a queen size murphy bed and twin bunk beds, all with soft, luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked and accented with quartz, European marble and stainless steel appliances. The back patio is steps away from the pool and barbecue grilling area, and the beach access is directly across the street (about 100 yards to the beautiful white sandy beaches of 30-A)! This is a great place to stay anytime of the year and perfect for those wanting to spend extended time at the beach in the colder months.

This condo was one of the best we have stayed at over theyears. It was clean, gorgeous and cozy. The beach accesswas across the street. We rode bikes. The pool was great.We met a lot of very nice people in the complex. The complex was very family oriented. The host was the best!!We have a stay in June and July booked and will return next year.

This was the perfect little place for us to stay! It was quiet, clean, just a short walk to the beach, and Michelle was amazing to work with! The only downfall was the bed was a bit on the noisy side and lumpy. Otherwise, it was perfect!! We will certainly be back!

Great stay. PLEASE NOTE THAT LAUNDRY IS ONSITE and NOT in room. Hopefully, the VRBO will change up the wording or at least be more clear. READ EVERYTHING. Room was charming. One big room. The bunk beds are small. Lamps were just for show near couch. No plugs. We had ongoing trouble with the door. Plus, there is a camera outside the door! I’ll assume for MY security. It would be nice to know that you are being watched. Bramble beach access is best. Research before you stay.

Great Location Stylish Studio — Ideal for Two!

We stayed in this studio condo in Seagrove, Florida for two weeks and overall had a great experience. The location is absolutely phenomenal—just steps from the beach, and we watched the sunset every night. The unit is updated with a really nice kitchen that’s well equipped, and we appreciated the modern finishes throughout.That said, the space is smaller than expected. There’s very little room to store luggage or clothes, and the bathroom is on the smaller side as well. It’s perfect for two adults, but would feel tight for a family, especially with no storage space. There are two bunk beds in addition to the Murphy bed (which was surprisingly comfortable!), but we’d say this is best suited for couples or solo travelers.Some helpful notes:•You cannot rent or use a golf cart at this property (a big consideration for 30A stays), though there are bike racks.•The keypad battery was low and took a few days to get fixed—we had to enter the code multiple times on some days, which was frustrating. However, the property manager made it right by the end of our stay.•The pool and laundry area are super convenient—both just steps from the unit and easy to use.All in all, we’d definitely recommend this spot for a beach getaway if you’re looking for a clean, modern studio with great access to the sand and sunsets. Just be aware of the compact space and plan accordingly if traveling with more than two people.

Close to the beach

Very close to the beach which was awesome; right across the street! We didn't realize we needed to put a parking pass in our cars until two days later when we saw the form on the kitchen counter, but didn't seem to matter as no one else had them in their car and we didn't get towed. It's nice that the unit has access right to the pool. Unit was in good condition. The bathroom sink was missing the drain stopper and had a foul smell coming from it. We could hear every movement in the unit above us to the point where even with our sound machine volume being super loud, we could still hear them in the morning. And then weren't stomping around; just seems like there isn't much insulation between the ceiling and their flooring. That was the only major disappointment as we were on vacation without our kids and one of the only times we can sleep in. The bed was a too soft for our liking, but of course that's just preference. I was surprised that there wasn't any shampoo or condition provided but I may have missed that in the listing.

Sea grove vacation

The resort was nice except for the sleeping arrangements. The queen bed was not comfortable. The sheet would not stay on the mattress. Also I cannot see the sofa pullout sleeping adults. Very little support and no sheets for it were available.

Family beach break

Great location right down the road from all of our favorite 30A spots. Really convenient being next to the Tom Thumb and not too far from Publix. The studio was great and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

If you want good location and easy access to food, pool, and beach, this is a great place to stay. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our last trip before the baby comes. It was great to get a chance to relax by the pool or down at the beach. While Hidden Beach Villas is a little older than some of the other properties, this unit has been recently remodeled and has a great kitchen and bathroom space. I will note as we are on the 1st floor, we could here all movement from the rental above us. It did not interfere with our sleep and we were well rested. There were check-in issues, but that was mainly due to VRBO. The owner quickly responded and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Will definitely try to book again another year.

Great spot for a small family

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little condo. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals. Nice decor and loved it being ground level and so close to pool and laundry area. Beach directly across street. Great condo especially for the price. Owner was very helpful and good with communication.

We are a family that has been visiting 30-A all of our lives, and finally decided to buy a home in the area we love so much! We are happy to extend a warm welcome, and hope that you have as much fun at the beach as well do!

What makes this property unique

We are very fortunate to have a ground floor unit (no hauling ANYTHING up a bunch of stairs), and walk just a few steps to our pool. Everything is convenient to this location, so you can drive, bike, or walk to it all. This property is small and private, with the majority of units being owner-occupied, or rented long-term.
