Condo-Dunes of Seagrove- 204C-7500 Square Foot Pool

A spectacular Gulf front Two bedroom luxury unit. Located in the "Dunes of Seagrove" overlooking the pool/hot tub and the Gulf. The pool is amazing! Features include 7500 square foot pool, dual level with waterfalls, and a hot tub. There is an equipped work-out facility with a steam and sauna on site. Soft tennis court and beach rentals on site.

Our unit is a 1150 square foot Two bedroom, two bathrooms. It has 10 foot high ceilings with fans throughout. The large patio doors invite you to spend the afternoon on the huge covered balcony where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. It has a very comfortable yet luxurious decor that will you make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a king bed, Flatscreen TV/VCR and is adjoined by a large bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and stall shower. There is a walk out to the balcony and view of the Gulf from the master. The guest bedroom has a queen bed,
FlatscreenTV/VCR and is adjacent to the second bathroom. In the great room, there is also a queen sofa sleeper. Our reserved parking space beneath the building is immediately adjacent to the elevator.

We are located within a fourth of a mile of the Deer Lake State Park which gives you miles of deserted beachfront to walk. There is a 16 mile bike trail that runs along Hwy 30-A where numerous great restaurants are located. Rosemary Beach is 10 miles east and Seaside is three miles West.

Great Location

Great stay. Love the balcony, the pool, the beach and the view. The mattresses have seen better days. Easy access to the beach and chair service was available every day needed. Would recommend.

Great 2nd Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much last year that we decided to stay there again this year. The condo is clean and in a great location. It has beautiful views from the patio, a great pool for kids, and is a short walk from the private beach. Our host, Bob, was very responsive and a great host.

We loved the location. The beach isn’t crowded bc it isn’t a high rise. Covered parking right below the unit was great. Tall ceilings makes the unit feel extr spaciiu Owner is very helpful. We loved the oversized balcony for ocean gazing!

The condo was exactly as described. Great value for being on the beach in Seagrove. Bob was very nice to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. No problems with anything in the condo except for the tv. You need an HDMI cable to stream tv and a laptop. No smart tvs in the condo. But there wasn’t a lot of tv time, so overall… it was perfect. Thanks Bob for sharing your home.

Enjoyed our stay. Beach is beautiful. Loved the condo. No problems except the weather, but there is no control over that. Still better then at home. Recommend the Steamboat Grill to eat at.

We absolutely loved this property. We had never visited 30A and so happy we found this property. It is located in a quiet part only minutes from everything you would want. It really feels like it is it’s own little world. The condo was great and the facilities were great too. The ocean was amazing. We had a great time.

Wonderful Location - Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this Condo. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the beach beyond. We arranged for Beach Chair service, which I highly recommend. The location is so convenient to everything Seaside and 30A have to offer. The owner was super-responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

Dunes at Seagrove (204C).great facilities, pool, beach access are all great. Had excellent weather and a good time! Cleanliness of unit was much to be desired. Appliances, bath fixtures door locks, etc ….all need work or updating.

Our vacation to the Dunes - Seagrove Beach was excellent. The Condo owner was one of the best we have ever experienced. The owner was very communicative, helpful and very friendly. The unit was spacious, well maintained and and very easy on somewhat elderly visitors. Would highly recommend to others traveling to the Florida beaches.

This property was accurately described on VRBO. Loved the table on the balcony. It was perfect for game night. The walk to the beach was short and the elevator was at the condo door…that is definitely a win! Robert worked well with us and was available when I called with questions. Amazing views, great location and extremely convenient!

From the initial booking to check out, Mr. Bob Sheil was beyond helpful in ensuring we had an enjoyable stay! The condo is conveniently located on the second floor immediately upon exiting the elevator. The view is awesome as it overlooks the pools, dunes and ocean with the condo itself located directly on the beach! Covered parking was a great addition to the stay;) Room was comfortable for our family of 5 and provided all we needed for a memorable stay! We would love to stay at 204C again!

First Visit to 30A

Our family of 5 had a great time in 30A while staying at this condo. The condo and amenities were very clean. Our young kids loved the pool. It was never crowded and we often had one of the pools pretty much to ourselves. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We loved the spacious outside deck and enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and eating meals outside, while enjoying the view of the ocean. The host was great and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful view of pool and ocean

We loved the area. The property owner was very nice and immediately addressed our needs. The place needs a deep cleaning. Carpet in bedrooms was very stained and furniture a bit worn out. With that said we had an amazing time and loved the beautiful views and we were steps away from ocean and pool. We would definitely return to property.
