Encantadora casa lejos de casa, que admite mascotas y accesible para discapacitados

Ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo rodeado de grandes pecanas y robles rojos, esta acogedora casa de dos dormitorios bien mantenida tiene capacidad para seis personas con una cama queen, una cama matrimonial con cama nido y una cama queen. La propiedad está ubicada en un lote de esquina con un patio trasero completamente vallado para mascotas. Acceso para discapacitados en todos los niveles para la entrada a la casa y la cubierta posterior, con rampas en el área de lavandería y rampa desde la cubierta hasta el patio.

El área de lavandería / almacenamiento recientemente renovada tiene lavadora y secadora estándar. Nuevo sofá seccional con sillones reclinables, reposacabezas y puertos USB en la sala de estar. La casa tiene aire acondicionado / calefacción central, ventiladores de techo ubicados en ambos dormitorios, sala de estar y terraza. TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Wi-Fi gratuito, TV por cable, reproductor de DVD / VCR con DVD y cintas y reproductor de CD.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con platos, utensilios y electrodomésticos para preparar comidas caseras con nuevas encimeras de granito y placa para salpicaduras de azulejos. Gran cubierta cubierta en la parte posterior con parrilla de gas y muchos asientos para relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones y tiempo en familia.

Pack n play y trona disponibles para niños pequeños y equipos médicos duraderos disponibles bajo petición. Para las mascotas, hay tazones de comida y agua junto con una cama para perros de tamaño mediano y una manta.

This is the first rental I've stayed at in a long time that actually felt like a home. A lot of places are stingy with utensils, towels, etc. these days, but this house was so well stocked. There were also books, games, and movies. I really appreciated having supplies provided to do laundry, as well. Everything was clean and comfortable. I ran into a few neighbors and they were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome decor was Western with pictures of Roy Rogers and others. Had one issue and that was solved quickly. Location to shopping was great. We will RSVP again the next time we are in San Antonio. We were close to all family members on the area. The neighbors were polite and helpful when asked questions etc. 10 Stars overall for this place.

We enjoyed our stay! The attention to decorating details made this little 2 BR home very cozy! The back deck is beautiful. Due to construction there’s a lot of traffic in the neighborhood but not the owners fault! We recommend this home!

House was clean and well stocked. Backyard was secure for our small dog to be outside without concern. We certainly felt at home. Location worked well for us visiting downtown, as well as wine country.

Month stay for our family!

We stayed in this home for 1 month while our new home was being finished. Excellent location, had all the furnishings we needed for our stay and the host was very responsive to our messages. Thank you for hosting me and my family for our extended stay!

This is a lovely home that is fully stocked with all the necessities. The back porch is delightful.

Excellent stay

Simple check in. Great place for our family of 3 and our pup. Stayed in San Antonio for a week while visiting family and enjoying the city. No issues at all. Great property. Amazing back deck to sit and relax while the dog played in the fenced in yard. Perfect for our trip. Thank you!

Weekend stay at Aunty’s house

This was a very cute, comfortable stay. It is an older home and there’s a lot of bars on neighboring homes but that just lent more to what felt like Aunty’s house, cozy and warm. Two neighbors took time to introduce themselves and it felt like a community watching out for the home and us. Thank you for hosting us. I would book again.

Wonderful

Me and my wife love rustic homes as soon as we walked in we felt like we were at home with everything the way it was the way it looked. We couldn’t be more happy with where we stayed it was comfortable felt like home and quiet what a great experience for our first time doing this. My wife couldn’t stop talking about this house on our way home thank you for everything and the wonderful experience in this home.

Welcoming New Bundle of Joy

Came to San Antonio to see our new grandson and this spot was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I think out of all VRBOs I've stayed in, this may be my favorite! Was great for my dogs that came and homebis very cozy. My only issue was not being able to change the channel on the TV in bedroom. I look forward to coming to San Antonio again and I hope this spot is available.

Christmas holiday stay

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs rented the property for 9 days. We came from out of town to visit family for the holidays. The property was in a great location. The home had everything we needed for the stay and more. The home was warm and cozy and inviting. The two bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The backyard was a perfect size for our dogs to run around in. We did have one issue but the host Debra resolved it right away to our satisfaction. We whole heartedly recommend this dog friendly home.

Amazing property

My family and I needed a place to stay for Special Olympics of Texas and this cute, quiet, perfect location made us feel at home. We were right across the highway from where we needed to be, with many options within 10 minutes for food and shopping. The owner had everything set up for us and gave us amazing instructions on how to get there and what all they supplied for our stay. 2 bed (one with trundle), 1 bath, kitchen, living, dining, washer, dryer, back porch, BBQ pit, massive fridge/freezer, fenced in back yard for the kids to play. Pretty much all the things I would have at home to feel comfortable with. 2 car parking and the neighbor across the way was very nice to us. I will be reaching out next year if this location is available for Special Olympics of Texas 2025.

The process to check in was easy. The lockbox was a little hard to open. The neighbor actually helped us to open it.It’s in an older part of San Antonio but the neighborhood was quite. The owner responded quickly. The house has almost everything you can image. The house is a older house with some upgrades. The ceiling in the living room has evidence of a roof leak. One of the bedroom has a crack all the way across the ceiling. My problem was there was bugs floating in the toilet when we arrived. Live ones in the bathtub and under the bathroom vanity. I message the owner and she said they sprayed last week. They didnt know there was still live ones. I explained to her that the cleaning people need to clean the light cover in the kitchen and living room. They had dead bugs in them. I told her she needed to have it spray house again. When her husband came by to drop off something to us,he asked me if I wanted him to spray for the bugs. I said no, not while we are here. He explained to me that there was some bug spray in the utility room area if I wanted to spray. The next day there was some in the kitchen sink. Plus there was one climbing on the wall in the bedroom. Messaged her again the next day about the issue again. No response. I would no rent from them again. I own rental properties and none of mine have bugs. I also have older homes as well.

Keep looking

Debra the owner was very responsive. The yard was great for our dogs and one of the neighbors was very helpful. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. Sadly, I cannot recommend this rental. We made the decision to stay for a month without driving by the rental first. The location worked for where we needed to be everyday, but I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood. The home across the street was frequented by many people who were very suspicious and the police were there on several instances, as well as at another home across the street. One of the young men cried and screamed obscenities for over an hour when he was locked out of the home, and we had to listen to that. This happened twice. While walking my dog, another neighbor lady was in a shouting match with a woman in the front yard, which resulted with police arriving shortly after. When voicing my concerns to the owner, they commented that you can't pick your neighbors, and these neighbors are being evicted soon. You can pick your rental, so I would pass.
