With 3 queen beds spread across 3 cozy bedrooms, a full backyard, and garage access, guests will feel right at home. The bungalow is perfect for military families waiting on their homes or for those who just love San Antonio in this quiet, semi-private neighborhood. Located no more than 15 minutes from all major sites, you'll be able to explore the city easily! Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and other essentials. Whether you're relaxing in the living room or cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, this amazing property has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. All families from all backgrounds are welcome! We strive to be an equal opportunity retreat.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Please pick up after yourself. It makes it easier for our clean team and gets our next guests in on time! :) (If the house is left trashed, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee)
- Please pick up after your dogs in the backyard. There are doggie bags in the bottom cabinet by the back door and the pooper scooper in the back. Deposit in the organic bin on the side of the house.
Left items: $25 fee + the cost of shipping for any items left behind the guest would like sent back. We will provide a copy of the receipt. We will also notify you if we find something!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max stay is 21-days. Must contact for more Early Check-in free til 2. $25/hr til 12 $150 additional cleaning fee if the house is left trashed
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. $150 smoking fee plus damages if fumigation or replacement of items $25 fee plus shipping for left items
$75 fee for pet damage plus replacement of the damaged item. Must pick up after pets outside, including service animals. $25 dog poop fee

Property was conveniently located near a HEB. Also, a nearby coffee place was fantastic. House was clean and tidy. Porch lighting was not optimal. Maybe needed a new lightbulb? Was very dark when we checked in. Towels needs to be replaced. The towels were clean just old. It was a very safe neighborhood. Thank you!

We had over a month of continuous bookings prior to your stay and hadn’t received any reports of an issue, so we weren’t aware there was a problem. As for the towels, we ensure all linens are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. While they may not be brand new in appearance, cleanliness and hygiene are always our top priority. Next time I recommend you message your host during your stay so it can addressed. Thanks again for staying with us and for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve.
