This getaway is ideal year-round for enjoying the natural beauty and wonders of the beach.

The home’s open living area is thoughtfully designed for gathering, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side, offering privacy and comfort for your group. The newly added screened front porch invites you to unwind, whether it’s sharing meals at the high-top table or relaxing in Adirondack chairs with a good book or great company.

Off the kitchen, the sunroom provides a cozy space to kick back and watch your favorite shows or simply soak in the calming surroundings. Bethany West’s amenities, including two community pools, are available to guests for a nominal fee of $20 per person per week, adding even more fun and relaxation to your stay.

We do not provide linens or towels but can provide rental information if needed.

The check-in process was easy to use. The property met all our needs. In the kitchen, everything we needed was provided for! Being familiar with the Bethany area, we were able to navigate to all our destinations. The property was very comfortable and we appreciated the two separated sleeping areas. The porch is very comfortable.

Every thing worked out very well. We all loved the place at first sight. Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked even for our big group. Only cons were the bathroom sink & tub slow draining. Hope will be fixed soon. Thank you

Great family house.

Great house for a family coming to enjoy the beach and pool. Easy access to the beach, trolley and boardwalk. We have been coming to Bethany Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the better houses we stayed in. Highly recommend. Great communication with the host as well.

Very nice house in a good location!

Our family was very comfortable staying at this house. We were close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Used the community pool every morning for lap swimming. The Bethany west community is a good place to stay and we would gladly rent this house again.

2019 Bethany Beach House

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautiful, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Location was a mile away from the beach, it was a nice quiet street and had a nice deck on which we spent alot of time. We would love to rent this location again!

A great house!

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. We especially enjoyed the living room with ample seating and the large front porch/deck area. The neighborhood was quiet, one of our friends worked remotely from the back area, and it was conducive with reliable Wi-Fi. Easy bike ride to beach and downtown Bethany too!

Last minute getaway

So happy to have found this gem in Bethany Beach! The location was ideal and the house is perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back. Perfect for just two but big enough for more. Lots of sleeping room and living room. Thank you for such a perfect getaway!

Family Vacation

The house fit our families needs perfectly. Everything was very organized and clean. We love Bethany West and all the accommodations it has to offer. The outside deck was fantastic and the screened in porch. The owner has made this property just perfect for his guests.

Lovely beach getaway

We had a great week enjoying this lovely space! Great layout for a set of parents and kids in each “wing” of the house. Great porch! I really don’t think the pictures do the living space justice— it’s very nice and well stocked! We will be back!

2022 Summer Vacation

Spacious, Well-Appointed, Five-Star Home in Great Location

It appears the Beach House was recently renovated and, to us, seems almost new. Everything about the home is deluxe. It has a fully appointed kitchen, high-end, very comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches at every turn. It feels like home. The layout offers sleeping privacy as well as many gathering areas in the main space, and, of course, the fabulous screened porch spanning the front of the house. Located near the Trolley Route, it is very convenient to the beach, and in the original part of West Bethany, the house is shaded under mature trees making neighborhood walks a pleasure. Pat, the owner, is wonderful.

Great location, spacious home

Great beach house with plenty of space for the 7 of us who spent the weekend here. Home is close to the beach and pools. Parking was a breeze thanks to the residential parking pass, which was so necessary bc we were traveling with a 2-y/o. One of our rooms was a little musty—but everything else was perfect. The owner is lovely, very thoughtful, and cares a lot about giving visitors the best possible experience. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Beach House!

Beautiful well kept beach house near the main road to the boardwalk and beach! We enjoyed our stay and fit 10 people comfortably. It was clean and spacious and bright. The trolley to the beach and Boardwalk were convenient and if we wanted to walk, it was only a mile and took only 20 minutes. It is a true beach town and wonderful beach neighborhood. Pat the owner was wonderful and she made sure her beach home felt like our home. We plan to come back soon !

Bethany 2020

This house is perfect for us. It has two bedrooms with a bathroom in-between on either side of the common area. The kitchen is wonderful! Fully stocked it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the deck in the evenings. This is our second year at the beach house and plan to go back! Thank you Pat for sharing your home!

Quick weekend trip

The property and the neighborhood were in a great location. We were happy with most everything. Small misunderstanding about sheets and towels not being included in the rental. Inside of Pats home was vera nice. Carpet could use a cleaning as it’s starting to become a bit spotty. (Bedrooms only, the rest is flooring) Beds were comfortable. Pat was a very attentive host and we would absolutely stay there again.

Peaceful Getaway Spot with Easy Downtown Bethany Access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is lovely and the common areas, especially the front deck, are perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the neighborhood - it is so wooded and peaceful that it almost felt like we were in the mountains. We enjoyed riding our bikes and walking into downtown Bethany, and took advantage of the parking passes, but also knew the shuttle was available if needed. We spent a few hours at one of the neighborhood pools too, which was very nice. One note about that: daily prices for the pool passes have gone up to $10, and weekly passes to $30 (I think). Still a great value! We enjoyed our vacation and the house immensely. :-)
