Cozy attached casita in a quiet neighborhood but minutes away from the 10 Fwy and shopping. Centrally located between Palm Springs and Indio and close to all desert cities. This is a clean and newer 320sq. ft. one bedroom casita with it's own entrance and no entrance to the main house. Includes - brand new mini fridge w/freezer; Keurig coffee maker; flat panel TV; Free Netflix; WiFi. Parking is right in front of the guest room.
