Belle nouvelle maison de ville, "Turtleback Beach" dans The Commons at Seashell. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour louer une ou plusieurs unitĂ©s pour des rĂ©unions de famille, des retraites et des rĂ©unions avec des amis. Il y a une grande piscine commune, des hamacs pour se dĂ©tendre, des tables de pique-nique pour des repas en plein air Ă  l'ombre d'une cabane au centre des unitĂ©s. Chaque unitĂ© dispose d'une douche extĂ©rieure pour se rincer du sable de la plage. Il s’agit d’une promenade facile ou d’une promenade en voiturette de golf menant Ă  la plage. . Cette nouvelle unitĂ© est joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et dispose de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - lits superposĂ©s, BR3 - Queen) avec un canapĂ©-lit Queen en bas. Il y a des tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat Smart dans chaque chambre et un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat Smart de 55 pouces en bas. Les sols sont en bĂ©ton teintĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et en pin Ă  l’étage pour faciliter le nettoyage. Les murs sont en bĂ©ton de 10 "d'Ă©paisseur pour garder les choses calmes et confortables.

Coming back!

My mom requested a beach trip for her birthday. Unfortunately our other townhome was double the price and we just couldn’t afford it. I was panicking trying to find one just as good as it and I am so lucky to have found one better!! 4 min golf cart drive to the beach, and very close to gas stations and gift shops. We used a golf cart the entire time!! We loved the credit for the beach chairs and they just made the golf cart rental easy as well since it was through the same company. We hope that this property will be our usual rental!

Beach with the Grands

We took our 4 grandchildren for a quick beach trip & your house was perfect!!! They loved everything about the place & being able to walk out the front door to the pool was a plus.

Our family had a wonderful time at this vacation property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. We will definitely be back!

Great family location

We enjoyed our stay at Turtleback Beach. Kitchen was well-stocked and the table was large enough to gather around for forced family fun. 😊 The porch was comfy and the pool was clean for post-beach swimming.

Nice stay

Was a very nice place. Very clean good area. Pool is kinda small only goes up to 5’ and all the other condos are super close so it did get a little packed on the weekend but mornings were very quite it wasnt bad I would definitely stay again just probably during the week.

Great place to stay near the beach

Very nice property. Very clean, roomy and super close to the beach. It did get a little nosey at night with the surrounding properties. This was not the owners fault. Guests around us just seem to stay up and party until well into the early morning without consideration to others. I noticed security around the rest of the stay who kept things down the last two nights. Great property.

Cute townhome!

Super cute and clean townhome with a pool right out the front door (although the pool could have definitely been cleaner!). The townhome was in a perfect location
.close to a beach access road and everything on the island. Lots of parking. It had all the amenities we needed. My kiddo appreciated the full size bunk beds! Overall, great stay. We would love to stay here again!

TC704 review

Pool rules weren’t enforced which lead to a late night loud party. The party however didn’t effect us being able to sleep. You couldn’t hear them indoors. Listing that the place had a grill was correct but better verbiage as a “community grill” would be more appropriate. The place was so clean, so pretty, well kept. We loved the townhome and the amount of effort put into supplying it. All we bought for the week was laundry detergent and food. Don’t worry about anything else this place had it. Loved this place 10 out of 10 recommend. We will be back.

Crazy Girls’ Trip

Our trip to the beach included long-time friends and three generations of our family. The condo was roomy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The outside porch had seating, a grill, and a ceiling fan with the community pool only steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come here again.

Great Family Vacay

Property was accurately described on website. Rental was extremely well supplied. Chose this property mainly because pet friendly. Enjoyed the location of the rental and that the pool was right outside the front door. Short drive to beach. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DĂ©cor was charming but otherwise an average stay. Main areas were cleaned ok but main floors could have used another wash and floor edges, underneath and behind furniture was quite dirty. Kitchen was well stocked but a disorganized mess. Communal pool water was not clean and most neighbors completely disregarded curfew for pool use and loud music. Condo looks a few blocks away from the beach on a map but closest public beach access is actually a long, hot walk (20+ minute - you should budget for cart rental). When we arrived, one room had a broken overhead light and none of the 4 cable boxes/TVs were working correctly despite resetting and troubleshooting on our part. Management declined to help, other than dropping off batteries for the remote, so we did not have working TVs for the entire week. Finally, management made no attempt to offer recycling although there is a transfer depot a few blocks away from their office. Overall, we were disappointed with this rental and its management.

Beachy Neighbors

We had a few problems with getting into the property and a few other issues all resolved by the property manager. What I HATED that their are some owns who don’t like renters. We were unjustly accused and harassed by them. They left a really mean note on our door. Of course they didn’t sign it, you just felt like every person in the complex were the ones! So so so uncomfortable. I would highly suggest to find another rental! Nice unit and nice managers, but the other owners are not worth the headache.
