Looking for a seasonal escape all year round ? Come and witness a breathtaking view and relax. End unit condo with balconies and a beautiful deck for a slopeside view. Layout is open concept with living room/ kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths & a spacious family room with 2 bunk beds. Enjoy all the amenities needed for a fun family vacation & mountain life! In the off season enjoy hiking and a peaceful setting. There are many area lakes for outdoor recreation including swimming, boating, etc. A great place to stay if in town for a wedding or other events at Pleasant Mountain.

Beautiful condo

Very nice property. Felt like home away from home. Peaceful area. We enjoyed the lake nearby and other amenities such as the local beach, restaurants and shops. House inside was very clean. There were some cobwebs on the balcony next to the kitchen but other than that, house inside was very clean.

Great location for off-season hiking

This bright, sunny end-unit had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend of hiking in the White Mountains. Hannaford is nearby for groceries, and the kitchen is stocked with ample equipment and supplies, so meal prep is a breeze. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Clear communication with Kristen and Brad helped to make our stay enjoyable. They are delightful hosts!

Location was convenient for family reunion happening in Moose Pond. Owners were communicative and helpful when we were there. Home was clean, comfortable and well appointed, though a/c and refrig water filters need changing. The smaller bedroom upstairs has quite a hard mattress, larger bedroom mattress is comfortable but latex, which I am allergic to but I had forgotten to ask about that before renting this time. Overall met our needs and would recommend to others.

Perfect Fall Foliage Base Camp

This was a perfect base camp for my annual fall foliage (leaf peeping) trip! Easy to get to Conway, NH or multiple areas throughout Maine (Oxford, Rangley, Portland). Condo was exactly as described, had more than enough sleeping space, fully stocked kitchen and the bathroom essentials were a nice little touch! Will definitely look at stay again in the future. Brad & Kristen were awesome, easy to communicate with, and had a nice binder made up of area suggestions! Recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay

Positive: Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. I also appreciate the flexibility checking in early. Improvements: The location in the listing shows an address on Woods Pond, which is where our family was staying. The condo was nearly 10-15 minutes away, which was a bit of a hassle. Minor comment -- I would recommend replacing the towels or at least working in some new towels as the ones that we used were threadbare. Didn't match the quality of the home/listing.

Really Nice and Quiet Condo for summer visit

Very clean and well maintained condo just north of Bridgton, Maine. Spacious accommodations with nice amenities and plenty of parking in lower lot if needed. Well equipped kitchen and very nice bedrooms and bunk room. Great place to stay!

Summer stay

The bedroom with the queen bed did not have an A/C, only a very loud fan. Other than that we did not have any concerns. Loved the area with a lot of things to do and see around.

We found the condo neat and clean. The lack of cable tv should be listed in the description. We loved being on Pleasant Mt. We would stay again especially during Fryeburg week.

Perfect spot to enjoy some peace and quiet

We recently rented this property and could not have been happier. The condo is in great shape, and was also very clean. The owner made sure of that after the previous renters left it a whole lot messier than anticipated in here own words. The property was very quiet being and end unit and also being that the adjoining unit was empty during our stay. The stars at night were absolutely AMAZING. There was plenty of everything we needed to make our week easy and restful. If you do stay here don’t miss your chance to take a disco style shower....this was a big hit with the kids, okay and the adults too!!
