The space
Set across three levels, the townhouse offers room for families and groups to unwind together while keeping moments of privacy. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows, a sectional couch, and a TV with cable, creating a relaxed gathering spot centered around the indoor fireplace. A lower-level mudroom adds ease to winter routines, giving you a dedicated place to transition out of ski boots and store cold-weather gear.
Kitchen & dining
The open kitchen is equipped for preparing shared meals, with a breakfast bar that connects seamlessly to the living area. The adjacent dining table seats eight, offering a comfortable setting for slow winter breakfasts or relaxed dinners after a day on the mountain. In-suite laundry provides convenience for longer stays.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed, TV with cable, and access to the deck. Its en-suite bathroom offers a jetted bath, a glass-enclosed shower, a single vanity, and a secondary hallway entrance. Upstairs, another bedroom features a queen bed with balcony access and its own en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom includes a king-split bed and a frosted interior window overlooking the living area, while the fourth bedroom provides a twin bunk bed and a desk. These rooms share an upper-level bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.
