Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great for our 2 week stay there. We had no issues or problems with our stay. The views were great. It is a cozy house that met the needs of our family of 4. The kitchen furnishings were on the basic side. We purchased a 12 cup coffee maker because they only had a 5 cup coffee maker. We left it with the home. The towels and linens seemed very clean which is one of the most important things in my opinion. The communication from the property management company was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was Top Tier everything was so beautiful and clean I will be booking this for next year again my family really enjoyed themselves here I wish that I could give 100 stars

This is an amazing private gem with access to everything within walking distance. George & Deb are wonderful hosts. We plan visit this oasis again and again.

Beautiful house with all the things you need, just have to get grocery. The owner/host thought of everything! Beautifully decorated and had all the fun beach items for the kids and all the needed gear for a fun day at the beach. This rental is a gem! Just show up with groceries and you are set for a fabulous vacation! The host was quick to reply with any questions we had. Check in/out was a breeze. Thank you for a fantastic relaxing weekend trip!

The process of renting was easy and accurate. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both the beach and the pool. A short walk to The Hub was a selling point for us. Our only complaint (which was hardly a burden) was that a cabinet door had become loose and had fallen off and the bottom tray of the dishwasher needs to be replaced/fixed. The rental agency was over the next day making repairs. Overall, the house was big and comfortable for our two families to enjoy our time together.
