Great Stay in STT

The unit was very clean and had a great view. The toast was not working properly, but once I let them know they brought us a new one within 15 minutes. All-in-all it was a great place and a great location.

Beautifully laid out and furnished condo

Couldn't ask for a nicer more beautiful place to spend on St Thomas. The location was perfect close to Red Hook, the ferry to St John, beautiful view of the Bay and the Virgin Islands. Close to Megan's Bay, one of our most favorite beaches in the world. The condo had a beautiful terrace, The view was outstanding, and just the right size to enjoy a few days away. We highly recommend this property for your getaway spot!

A Week in Paradise

This unit was the perfect place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! After booking, I mentioned we would be celebrating an anniversary and upon arrival, there were balloons and a bottle of wine on the counter. So incredibly thoughtful! This was the start of a wonderful week. The views are spectacular - you can watch the sunrise while lying in bed or sit on the wrap around balcony at night and enjoy cocktails.. The inside is great too - very modern, clean, and nicely decorated. As far as location, this unit is close to the lower pool and Shoreline Bar and Grill, as well as a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Coki Beach. The ONE downside is that you do need to walk up and down uneven stairs and steep hills to get around the property, so be prepared for that. The resort does offer a service where they will pick you up and drive you to another location within the resort, so that is helpful. Overall, I searched many units at Point Pleasant, and this one was by far one of the nicest! You won’t regret your stay here.

Pleasant stay

Property was well kept, great view! Unit was down a narrow path, so it was reasonably secluded. Very quiet which was nice. Everyone at the complex was very helpful and kind. Don’t plan to walk anywhere on foot if you stay here. Overall very enjoyable experience, happy we stayed here.

Nice place but not a great Property Management Company

Nice renovation and furniture with a good view, but was not well cleaned. Property Management Company did not do a great job of communication prior to arrival. I did not know my unit number, did not know I needed to provide a copy of our negative covid test and provide copies of passports. Unit was in the middle of building so no direct parking and had to walk up or down dangerous stairs. Pool was freezing, poolside bar and bathrooms were closed. Took us three times to ask for new towels. Lost power twice, once while sleeping (I sleep with a CPAP). Washer & Dryers were broken and were not well cleaned of sand buildup.

Great location; good, clean room with wonderful view

Great location, good, clean room with wonderful view. Be ready for a little stair/uphill walking as the rooms are on a cliff. Has a great restaurant at top (Mirador) and a seaside restaurant below the pool with a great staff. Try to go to their own little hidden beach. Not big at all, but some beach chair as basically private snorkeling.

Great Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved the location. We had a nice time at Coki Beach for one day and did a sunset cruise which departed next door at Margaritaville. This home was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was waking up and sitting outside on the balcony to the wonderful view.

What we expected

The condo was updated and comfortable. The property was ok. A bit dated but I felt it was a good choice compared to other properties. The on-site “nice” restaurant was a don't bother but the cafe was decent. We ended up not being a fan of the USVI but if you are going to go I would recommend this place. We enjoyed making our own food since food was a hassle and stupid expensive. The view/ breeze from the balcony was one of the best parts. We had fun at Coki beach which was a short walk. The toilet backed up and maintenance was fast to fix it. Also, the power went out one night at 10:00 and it scared us but it came back on a couple hours later.

Great stay & clean!

Place was perfect for a 1 week vacation, all cooking utensils (except cutting board) was available to make meals, balcony wrap around was great to lounge around and take great photos, and more private than other suites on the property. thank you!
