Great location, affordable lodging

1st stay with Vista Cay , we choose this property over Universal hotels which we stayed at before. We loved the peaceful area and convenient shopping next door. Alot of activities within 10 min of our resort.

We had a great stay and property was very comfortable. Unit did not have a toaster but we made do with the oven broiler.

The condo was very modern and updated. Clean and well kept. Nice view of the lake and conveniently located to the pool. Grocery store was within walking distance and the convention center was a short drive.

Highly recommended Condo

This condo was very clean! It is conveniently located to sea world and other parks. There is a really neat pool area and game room that my kids loved. It’s a bit of a walk but it was perfect for our group. Very comfortably accommodates 6 people. We will stay here again!

Great location

This place was AMAZING! Perfect location, perfect price, perfect view! Great gym, pool, and overall condo. My only complaint (reason not 5 stars)..,baseboards were super dusty. Also a lot of tiny ants
but think that’s just a Florida thing not a lack of cleanliness. Would stay here again!

Top floor corner condo with great view!

My family was visiting Orlando for an event at the convention center. This condo was perfectly located as well as a lovely place to stay. It was clean, quiet, spacious and had all of the supplies that we needed to prepare our own meals. Additionally, we loved the walking paths and sitting on our balcony.

Great Vacation

The condo was just perfect! Very clean and spacious. The owners responded very quickly with any question I had. The complex was well kept. Both pools were within walking distance as was the grocery store! The condo is conveniently located by all the Orlando attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Clean place.

Everything was great. The place was perfect and the host/communication was outstanding. Only challenges were: (1) Checkin details were on different communications. It was a challenging to find the information. (2) Wireless signal around the area was awful (Verizon). This has nothing to do with the place, of course, but I would be interested in finding another location just because of this challenge. Not sure why/how this is an issue in such a well populated area.

Nice condo in great location

We enjoyed the spacious condo, the heated pool, and trail around the lake as well as having a Publix and restaurants within walking distance. The condo is close to all the theme parks and the airport.

Awesome condo and location!

Property was clean, updated, very nicely decorated and in a great location! Well appointed in the kitchen, beds were comfy. We enjoyed both pools. Easy location to get to Universal and Disney. Very happy to have Publix less than a block away. Very responsive to messages while on-site, would definitely book again.

Perfect Stay in Orlando!

I needed a place close to the Convention Center that was safe, clean, and affordable. This property checked every box, and so much more. The view of Sea World's coasters and area fireworks from the balcony was an unexpected bonus!

Excellent condo

Condo was very accommodating, clean, and convenient. The 3 bedrooms & the 2 bathrooms were spacious and well decorated. The furniture was plenty and comfortable. Location was nice - it was in a gated community, close to Publix & Dunkin Donuts, and the room was close to one of the complex pools. And most importantly for staying in July, the fans & air conditioning worked well! Great view of the lake too! Max responded quickly to any questions. The only suggestion might be some more glassware (only 2 large glasses) and storage type containers.

Retreat after theme parks

3 night stay. Property was exactly as pictured, well furnished and updated. Location is perfect for families wanting the convenience of being close to theme parks and countless dining options. Vista Cay is a great community, walking distance to Publix and a super breakfast/lunch restaurant. Max promptly answered all communication and questions. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of both bathroom showers - neither shower was clean, shampoo/conditioner and black hair (definitely not ours) on the wall and in the tub We reached out to the owner who responded promptly, but property management did nothing to correct this. This is a reflection of the property management only. All in all, this is an excellent rental property, and I definitely recommend it.

Perfect Universal Family Spot

Our family visited the Orlando area to celebrate our 11-year-old’s birthday at Hogwarts at Universal. This location was perfect for all our needs - great morning and evening wildlife views, super convenient grocery store, easy access to highways and boulevards. It was nice to have room to stretch out a bit - each bedroom/bathroom was very roomy and the beds were so comfortable. A private, quiet place to recharge ourselves before each day of rides and excitement. Property management was SO easy to work with!

Mother/daughter volleyball getaway

We were in town for volleyball. The location is wonderful! So close to the secondary pool, but far enough from the main area to enjoy some quiet. The kitchen & balcony overlook the lake & SeaWorld. We even caught fireworks one night. Max & team was super responsive & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
