Lepage Maison 1 has been recently restored and professionally decorated.

This elegant rental is situated in the extremely walkable Bayou St. John/City Park/Fairgrounds neighborhood. Located just two short blocks from the pedestrian entrance to the Jazz Fest, one block from regal tree-lined Esplanade Ave, with many restaurants and grocery stores.

This vivacious rental is 1.5 miles (7 mins by car) away from the French Quarter. You may take a 15 minute walk to the Carrolton/St. Charles Streetcar line (or walk one half block and ride the bus).

Lepage Maison 1 occupies the entire first floor of an historic home which has been fully remodeled. With 2,100 sq ft of living space, this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 8 separate sleeping areas. The Unit Features a Master Loft Suite with a separate Fully Equipped Kitchen and In-Suite Full Bath. Lepage Maison #1 also features 3 separate accesses with no shared space with the other aforementioned Lepage 6 Balcony vacation rental on the entire 2nd Floor of this beautiful home.

Layout

You walk onto the large porch (with authentic gas lights), into the main entrance, open the door to a grand hallway with 12' ceilings (through out the unit). To your left is BR1 with a Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2 and ottoman with a fold out twin bed mattress (sleeps 1); the hallway then leads into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room table, new stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher; to the right past the kitchen is a Full bath w/ a beautiful Spa like shower; to the left is BR 2 with a Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2 and and an Ottoman (twin foldout bed) / Sleeps 1; a door connects BR2 to the BR3 in the Master Loft Suite...this Suite contains a Trundle/Daybed that folds out or pops up into two twin mattresses / Sleeps 2; there is a second loft level which contains two twin beds/ Sleeps 2...the rest of the Suite contains a full kitchen and full bath; Going back to the main entrance and Grand Hallway, if you make a right (before the kitchen) you enter into a large Great Room which contains a Queen Sofa Sleeper (sleeps 2), Ottoman twin sleeper (sleeps 1), 55" 4K TV, etc.; past the pocket doors of the Great Room is a Washer/Dryer to the left and a hallway leading to a large Sunroom to the right...the Sunroom contains a Daybed/Trundle / Sleeps 2; the Sunroom connects to a door on the left to BR4 which contains Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2; the Sun Room connects to a hallway which leads to a full bathroom on the left; straight ahead is the large BR5 which contains a Queen Size Bed / Sleeps 2 and an Ottoman twin sleeper (sleeps 1).

There are 12 foot ceilings throughout, Pocket Doors, and hardwood floors. Each Bedroom has a TV. Net ROKU TVs and TVs Direct TV with Premium movies channel and NFL Sunday Ticket, a blueray DVD player, wifi through the house, Keyless Networked Locks and appliances using state of the art Z-wave technology, and local coffee.

Off Street parking is included for two cars parked on a slant. Also, there is also usually ample parking on both the Lepage and Dupre sides of this corner house.

Drop your suitcase and walk or take a bus (bus stop one half block away) or uber/taxi minutes to the French Quarter, Bourbon St., or downtown.

Relax and Refresh in the over-sized vintage "Claw" tub after you have grooved to Festival Favorites. Our Kitchen is fully equipped and only requires ingredients purchased to try your hand at cooking some Traditional New Orleans Cuisine. Groceries and four great restaurants are in walking distance (2 blocks) from the apartment.

All linens and towels are included in this unit, as well as cookware and dishes/utensils. This apartment is truly ready to be ENJOYED as a home base for your Festival adventure!

The patio area includes a large and beautiful newly built deck.

If you need to catch up on business, or cruise the internet, utilize the free high speed WIFI.

Mandolin House (City Park area)

"A comfortable spot for a weekend trip for three old friends. Close to a cute bohemian neighborhood with restaurants and a nice coffee shop. Less than 10 min drive to the French Quarter/marigny. Big kitchen and bathroom and access to a nice little deck. Very quick responses to any questions for the host, and a nice phone call on our first evening from one of the property managers to see if everything was to our liking. Fabulous attention to detail!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the company of our adult children in this beautiful house. There are several places to eat and buy essentials within walking distance of the home. It was a peaceful break from the busy and noisy Bourbon Street. Highly recommend this house!!

Great place for a group of close girlfriends!

This house is a really great place to stay if you're close to the people you're staying with. I say that because the layout is a bit tricky, but it's totally do-able if everyone is closely bonded. The location is perfect for getting to the popular spots in town.

This house was comfortable, clean, well organized, and it was a pleasure to stay here. Thanks!

Incredible house, exceptional property manager

I have rented a lot of properties over the years, all over the US and abroad, and LaShanda, the property manager for Lepage Maison, is the best I've ever encountered. Her communications are prompt and clear. She was extremely accommodating on early check-in and late checkout. She is super friendly. When a minor issues arose -- not enough glasses at the apartment -- she had her husband got out and buy plenty of both old fashioned and high balls and deliver them to the house within about an hour. Likewise, in dealing with some quirks in the VRBO system, as well as a mixup on the reservation, she worked things out promptly, thoroughly, and to our complete satisfaction. She offered her cell phone for 24/7 support should anything have gone wrong during our stay (nothing did). LaShanda a great professional who's pleasant to work with.

Maison Lepage is exceptional as well. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. The place is enormous, sleeping our group of 15 that included 7 singles, with everyone having their own rooms except two, singles, who got a little ens suite apartment in the downstairs unit with a downstairs bed and a loft with beds, so each had privacy. The upstairs living room with queen pullout bed sofa could easily have served as another bedroom, and there were at least 5 other single beds or pullouts. Tons of bathrooms.

Both apartments have been recently, meticulously renovated. They're beautifully decorated, well furnished, and all appliances, plumbing, etc. in excellent repair. The house is full of light, with huge windows and incredibly high ceilings. Checking in and access thereafter is easy because of the coded locks (several doors for the downstairs, so a few guests can have private access.

Two awesome front porches are excellent for hanging out. The upstairs apartment's porch in particular is the perfects place to enjoy a meal or drinks, with access directly from the kitchen and views of the neighborhood.

Lastly, location, location, location. If you don't need to be in the Quarter -- a 10 minute cab away -- this is a great takeoff point to anywhere in the city and fairly close to the airport. A great grocery store, wine store, restaurants, and cafes are a five minute walk away. City Park is 15 minutes walk, and just a few more minutes beyond that, the fairgrounds. The neighborhood is full of gorgeous houses.

We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you LaShanda.

Excellent Stay!

The property was amazing! Great location!! The property manager Lashonda took great care of us even left a case of water for us because hurricane Nate was approaching but luckily skipped over NOLA. We had a house of 13 guests for a family reunion and it was more than enough space! I’d definitely look forward to staying again the next time our family goes to New Orleans!!

Book with Confidence!!!! Confirmed Reservations canceled within 24 hours grace period of booking will not incur a cancellation penalty. Reservations cancelled after our 24 Hour "Book with Confidence" period will fall under our cancellation policy. " Strict" - Bookings cancelled 60 days before start of stay will receive 100% refund. No-Refunds within 60 -Days before start of stay.

Changes to Reservations

Please confirm number of guests occupying unit at time of booking. No decreases to extra guest’s fees allowed. 20% re-booking fee charged to reservation date changes and cancellations due to non payment. Re-Booking is subject to availability and possible rate increase.
