This property was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a great location for us!!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Love the off street parking!
The house is lovely and well located. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and was extremely accommodating. We liked it so much, we’ll be back for Jazz Fest! Comfy beds!
True to our word, we returned to this lovely house for our trip to Jazz Fest. Great location that is about 30 minutes from the Fairgrounds and close to the 91 bus which takes you very close to Fairgrounds. We were 6 and the house is large enough to easily accommodate us all. Host is super receptive!
Chose this house to recuperate after surgery in Nola. Gabe was very responsive and home just as described. Appreciated the quiet neighborhood yet in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants.
This property was perfect for our group of three couples. It was clean, comfortable and roomy and we love its location in Mid-City. Gabe was quick to respond and very accommodating. We look forward to a return visit!
We loved everything about our stay. The house was spacious and lovely. Great location. Would highly recommend. Definitely will try and book again when we visit again.
The house was the perfect fit for our group. We had an event in city park so the house was a short drive and located to several coffe shops and restaraunts within walking distance. The house itself was very clean with plenty of room for all 6 in our party to spread out.
Fantastic location, beautiful little house, exactly as pictured
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Exactly as pictured, plenty of space for our 6 people. Great restaurants that are walkable. Easy uber ride to French Quarter and SO MUCH QUIETER!! We did have some maintenance issues, but they were handled promptly and with a smile. It is an older property, but that is to be expected with most of New Orleans.
Convenient, off street parking, remodeled, quiet neighborhood. We did have some neighbors approach us and discuss it being an “illegal frbo.” They aside single homes were not supposed to be Vrbo.

Hi Trent,
I’m glad that y’all enjoyed the stay! Sorry about the uninformed neighbor. Our property is a legal short term rental property with all the required city permits and license to prove it. Hope to see you back in the future.
Thanks,
Gabe
Stayed here with my family for 3 days and 4 nights. Excellent location. 7 min walk to City Park and a 10 minute drive to the convention center. The property is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the interior is maintained very well.My favorite part of our stay was how incredibly well stocked the house was. I’m used to hosts being stingy with things like detergent and trash bags, etc.and we usually bring a few items of our own. This time, however, we were pleasantly surprised at the supply on hand of those items and more. Ziplock bags, coffee, spices…we really appreciated how we did not have to supplement these items out of pocket. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. It’s the little things that made this property stand out for us. Highly recommend. Also - quiet neighborhood. The houses aren’t much to look at and the streets are extremely bumpy. But that’s gonna be the case most place in N.O. from what I could see.
We enjoyed our stay overall. The house was just as the listing described. The floor in the back bedroom is unstable, though. Also, the street was under construction which made driving difficult.
This property served the purpose we booked it for. It was relatively clean, secure, convenient, and spacious. There are a few issues worth noting in case you're sensitive to these things, but they didn't really negatively impact our stay.
1.) We did find several cockroaches over the course of our 4-night stay. Maybe that's normal in areas like this; I wouldn't know.
2.) The back bedroom had some holes in the floor that were crudely covered with sheets of acrylic, and hidden with an area rug. Perhaps this is how the cockroaches were gaining entry?
Again, neither of these things were significant to my group, but they should be noted for people who are considering staying here.
For the price and location, I was very pleased with the property overall, and very importantly, the air conditioning was powerful!
We loved the location of this home. Lots of room to spread out, we slept well. Great water heater for 6 off us showering and nice cold air conditioning. Only a few areas for improvement- of course the floor in master bedroom, but we knew that before booking. The upper bunk bed is not sturdy enough to sleep on. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Missing a bathroom mat for master bath.
Lovely place within short walking distance to City Park. Roomy for 6 or 7 adults. Additional sleeping on pullouts in living room may be more appropriate for a younger crowd. If you are planning on making daquiris, bring your own blender!
The hous was perfect for our family of 10. Conveniently located to City Park and a block from a trail leading to the French Quarter. Lots of walkable restaurants and such.
Nice house but I expected things to be in better repair for the money it cost. The master bedroom floor seems dangerously wobbly and should be repaired ASAP. Large burner on the stove doesn’t work. Towel hooks and kitchen equipment seem to be missing. Walls need painting, Heating/cooling is not consistent through the house. However, we had fun and loved the location. Be careful driving on those streets nearby — bomb-crater sized potholes will slow you down!
Great location. Able to walk to coffee shops or grocery stores. Right off the parade routes so you’re able to come and go with ease. 3 car MAX for the driveway. Kinda narrow driveway. Great amenities inside. Mirror in the bedroom is *chefs kiss*. Floor in master bedroom feels like your walking on a waterbed. Great closet space and nice bathtubs. From all that walking you can take a nice soak.
This is a fantastic place to stay! It is a safe and quiet location. There are great places to eat in walking distance (Blue Oak BBQ, Up and Adams). And, an easy 10 minute walk to a bus stop gets you to the fun in the French Quarter. Also, you can walk to City Park.
It is clean and there are extra snacks, plenty of towels and room to spread out with your group. I would suggest not renting a car. If you drive, keep it parked in the convenient space provided.
Things to mention for safety: the drain is slow in the guest shower making it slippery. Also, the floor is uneven and pliable in the back bedroom. It's not the spot for an unsteady guest or someone who uses a cane/walker for assistance.
We had a great time in Nola thanks to the location of this property! Super safe, quiet and low-key. About a 15 min ride to activities and Ubers were super easy to get to. Overall loved our stay! Thank you so much!!
