Villa Noni was newly build and it is a piece of modern luxury on the Dalmatian coast. Villa is situated in quiet and peaceful area with a sea views. Surrounded by trees perched on a hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and islands. With large terrace, parking space, olive gardens, covered outside seating area with bbq and inviting heated swimming pool it has all the facilities to let you enjoy your holiday with family.

The villa is tastefully furnished with modern & luxury design and fully air-conditioned to provide a cool atmosphere even in the height of the summer months. Outdoor area represent dalmatian style with olive gardens and stone walls.

GROUND FLOOR of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen, dining room, one double bed room and bathroom. With large glass walls living room is connected with outdoor dinning terrace with bbq and heated swimming pool area.

First floor of the villa is designed as 4 sleeping rooms with 2 bathrooms. Villa is comfortable for 10 persons in 5 double bed rooms. Two rooms with two double beds can be separate as 4 single beds. Each room is equipped with wardrobe, towels and sheets. On this floor all rooms have balcony with sea view.

OUTDOOR AREA of the house consists:
Pool area with heated swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, rattan furniture.
Covered terrace with table and chairs.
Gardens with olive trees
Parking space for 5 cars + garage


Whole property and villa is available for guests and you have complete privacy.

We will be available to our guest for any kind of help or information they need. We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa or any kind of activities like boat tour to islands, Krka Waterfalls, sport activities..

Die Villa ist einfach klasse. Alles sehr modern, viel Platz und sehr sauber. Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich. Wir wurden mit Snacks und Wein empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit an die Vermieter wenden. Jede Kleinigkeit wurde sofort geklärt.

Family summer break

Excellent 5 star villa of high quality. Perfect location with uninterrupted sea and mountain views. 100% privacy. Excellent hosts with no problem too small. Welcome pack on arrival which was well appreciated. The genuine kindness, hospitality and professional courtesy by the host family is very much appreciated.
