The spacious bedroom features two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom, plus the added convenience of a separate half bath for guests. Both bathrooms have been updated with elegant granite countertops. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, offering flexible sleeping options for families or friends.
The fully renovated, well-stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops and an open design that lets you enjoy the spectacular Gulf views while cooking. New tile flooring throughout, including a tiled walk-in shower, gives the condo a clean, modern coastal feel. You’ll also appreciate the extra closet space—perfect for longer stays.
Relax with a 55” flat-screen TV in the living room and an additional TV in the bedroom, both with cable. High-speed Wi-Fi, fresh towels, and quality linens are provided, so you can settle in and feel right at home. A front-load washer and dryer in the unit adds extra convenience.

Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or soak up the views, this stunning 14th-floor retreat is the perfect place to make beach memories. 🌊☀️ *construction update 3/26* They are in the process of replacing balcony railings. The project got delayed at customs and the railings arrived later than expected. We have a temporary railing up now, you are able to use the balcony. But it is smaller than the normal railing will allow.
Underneath where they are working is blocked off for safety. They are moving to the opposite end of the building now, then ours is scheduled for replacement the last week of March.
The pools may temporarily close if they are working overhead replacing railings.
The view is still amazing, and other amenities are good to go!

14th floor wonderful view

Everything was great as far as the condo and the owner communication. Check in was little sketchy just because the card machine wasn’t working and it ended up charging 2x for parking. Condo had an amazing view. Having beach chair access was super nice. Large refrigerator. Two toilets (separated by a door) which may seem odd at first but could be a game changer if more than 2 people or different families. One elevator was out but it really wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again!

Not often can you find a unit that you have zero complaints about but this one was perfect! Everything inside of this place is modern and looks great. The furniture is in good condition and comfortable. The only “issue” we had was the dryer wasn’t working. I reached out to the owner just to make her aware and told her it really wasn’t a big deal to us. She had a new one in there the very next day. On a Saturday! She was super nice and apologized many times. I guess if I had one complaint it would be the beds are so comfortable it made me not want to get out of it in the morning to go enjoy the beautiful beach :) I will 100% be looking for this one again next year!

Family vacay

We genuinely enjoyed our stay this past weekend. There seems to be elevator trouble with the building, but they were constantly working on them and getting them fixed, only to stop working again. (Not the hosts fault, just a note for future guests to be aware) The only issue we had with the condo was the balcony door being off track when we arrived. It was fine for us because we don’t mind a breeze or the crack or whatever, no big deal. I just didn’t want it to cause their ac system to freeze. I made Ms. Pam aware and she assured me it would be fixed before the next guest! Overall it was a great, peaceful stay. Located next to anything you need. The beach chairs were a major plus from booking as well! Thank you Pam, we would love to stay again!!

The description of the bathroom in this unit said the tub had been updated with a new walk-in shower. The shower did not look new to us, plus it was a huge step up, not walk-in. The kitchen is not “gourmet”; it doesn’t even have a disposal! The under cabinet lights didn’t work, and the only other lights were over the sink and the stove, so not very conducive for cooking. No corkscrew, 2 pots but no skillet, no jelly roll pan, random glassware, only 1 dish towel, only 1 hot pad (which was filthy). On the up side, the location and the view were great!

Great condo on the beach

The condo itself was great, but the building is old and only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. This meant either an insanely long wait or trudging up 14 flights of stairs. But the beach and view were amazing.

What a view!!!

The property itself is a bit older but the view from the balcony is AMAZING! The unit was fairly clean. There was laundry left in the washer when we arrived and the floors were a bit dirty...but sandy floors are to be expected at the beach! My only "complaint" is that this unit could use some new pots and pans in the kitchen and the water pressure was non-existent at times. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and communication with the host was great! We enjoyed the pools each day and loved swimming at night (pools open till 11pm) The elevators were not as big of an issue as others have mentioned. Bikini Bob's Bar & Grill was super convenient and the lady taking orders was so friendly. I will note that there is no longer a beach-side playground as shown in the pictures...but still plenty of fun for the little ones. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back!!!

the condo was nice. upon arrival the room hadn’t been cleaned- sheets were unchanged with makeup on the pillow cases and bed unmade. promptness with owner to resolve the issue was very quick. elevators worked great. mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable and could be replaced. overall not a bad stay

Perfect sized rental for couple. Unit was as described. Elevator situation not as dramatic as other reviewers made it out to be. Most know going into a rental at that size property you will have to wait on elevator at peak times. Overall good trip!

Amazing Time with Cousins

The property was nice and comfortable for a great week with cousins. A few things I wish were available were more coffee mugs. There were only two available during our visit. Also, a vacuum cleaner would have been great. We swept daily and it's really difficult to get sand up with dustpan and broom due to the grout between the tiles. Overall, we were very pleased with the amenities and the owner's communication. :)

Condo is beautiful we stayed in 1422 the only problem with the summit was with the elevators they were very slow due to only one elevator working properly they are working on the elevators we enjoyed our staying there.

Nice Condo, The Summit needs new elevators

This condo was very cute and cozy. The only down side is the Summit Resort has a lot of issues with the elevators. There were a lot of glitches and the elevator would skip your floor even when button was pressed, or would make you ride up and down several times before landing on your floor. One elevator even stopped and was stuck with passengers. The congestion of people, combined with crappy elevators made the process of getting to/from the condo a timely one. I heard they are replacing the elevators so hopefully that will fix the problem. Also if you have an issue that requires maintenance, be sure to report it before 4 because they leave then. You have to report to the owner because maintenance will not deal with you directly.

Great Place

We had a great time at this condo! We saw dolphins from our balcony a few mornings! It was great that we could use the beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach! We sat at the Tiki bar by the pool and had a great time. This condo was just what we were looking for.

We love all the amenities and the beautiful views. This condo stood out among others with it's high end upgrades, and we fell in love! The 14th floor lets you see for miles and miles... so peaceful and relaxing. The amenities are exceptional - all you need in a resort can be found here.

Centrally located near many nightclubs, restaurants, activities - so much to do! The Summit Resort has 2 large pools (1 seasonally heated), kiddy pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, beachfront playground, swings in the courtyard, basketball, tennis, convenience store, etc. Tiki bar and Bikini Bob's are steps away for convenience.
