"Little Oak" in honor of William Faulkner's beloved Rowan Oak is a New condo in beautiful Fieldstone Farms dedicated to short term rentals! Escape to this conservation development embracing nature and the beautiful landscape!

Located next door to the University Golf Course, 2 miles from the Ole Miss campus, and 2.7 miles from the historic Oxford Square! A perfect location to all things and events in Oxford including the Grove, football games and all sporting events at Ole Miss, FNC Park for youth baseball and soccer tournaments, etc... Tastefully decorated and perfect for all groups!

Sleeps 12 comfortably with a master bedroom with a King size bed, two guestrooms with two (2) Queen size beds in each room, and a full size sofa bed in the Den (6 beds total including the sofa bed). The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The condo is equipped with flat screen, smart tv's in the den and all the bedrooms and high speed wireless internet!

The condo has a nice outdoor area and gas grill making it perfect for family getaways, couples trips to Oxford, football games, and golf groups looking to play a few courses in the Oxford area!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect! Away from the traffic but close enough be at the square and campus within minutes! We’ll stay there again if possible!

Great stay

We had a great stay and owner was extremely accommodating. We had to extend our stay due to a medical emergency and he was very easy to work with and helped us out. The place is very nice and had plenty of room for all.

Wonderful Stay

Coaches Retreat

We stayed at this property with 5 coaches who were visiting with Ole Miss. Everyone had their own bed, plenty of bathroom space, and back patio to enjoy great weather during the evening.

Wonderful Oxford Property

We had three couples stay here for a friends birthday celebration. The property was just as advertised. Very clean inside and well managed grounds. Very easy rental process. We will definitely be looking at this property for rental in the future!

Fantastic condo for game weekend! We loved the double queen beds in the upstairs bedrooms. Perfect for 3 families staying together. Super clean and tastefully decorated! We will definitely be back!

Cute and Clean!

We enjoyed our stay. There was one night that the music got really loud from a neighbor, but we expect that from a college town. Fairly new, very nice and clean. Loved the layout and would be a great house for hanging out there if you don't want to be out and about. We would rent the house again!

Very comfortable and extremely quiet

This was our seventh time to stay in the subdivision. This was the first time in this particular property. I do have to say that out of all of them this was the least stocked. If you plan to check in late and want coffee in the morning, bring your own coffee. I think that the towels and washcloths should be upgraded. I could see my hand through them. They were so worn. The listing says it sleeps six people however there is not seating in the living room for six people, nor are there enough tables to set drinks on if your group is having cocktails in the den.The beds are very comfortable. Bring body wash as there is none offered, but there is a small bar of soap in each bathroom, but it is more like a hand soap. I would definitely stay again, but I would just be more prepared. I got used to the other properties in the subdivision being incredibly stocked. I do love having the washer and dryer and that did have plenty of detergent. Thank you for sharing your property!

Feels Like Home

This is our third stay at this property. We keep coming back because it feels like home. It is always super clean and has everything we need. Beds are very comfortable and there’s plenty of room for everyone. Owners are super nice and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood

We attended a church conference and wanted a nice place to stay for after the meetings and nights .. we all loved the condo and slept well on the comfortable beds . It’s a great place to stay !
