Our 2 story townhouse has it all!! Location, privacy, yet close to everything!!
Our vacation home, Unit K1, is perfectly situated between both pools, in the center of the complex. Location, Location, Location is what sold us on this lovely townhouse. You are going to love St Simons Island, Ocean Walk, and our perfectly remodeled unit. Ocean Walk is located right on Mallery Street and has the most amenities of any condo complex on the island.
Our unit has two sets of new sliding doors opening onto a huge patio with a pergola. There is a new six-person dining table and swing under the pergola. There are no close neighbors, so it is very quiet, private, and peaceful. It is located on the end of the building, so no foot or car traffic near your patio. It has a huge yard with lots of green space for kids and adults to play. Very safe for the young and the young at heart!
This 2 bedroom/ plus bunk room, 3 full bath, two-story townhouse has been totally renovated in September of 2015. The unit has two full sized bedrooms with a king in the master, and brand new master bath. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Our unit also has a brand new bunk bed area off off the second bedroom, with private lighting and charging stations it is perfect for children! New windows installed in January 2016. All your towels, bedding, linens, and pillows are included. We even have beach towels for you to use, along with a few sand chairs.
You will enjoy a lovely, fully stocked, brand new, 2015, granite kitchen with breakfast counter. Living room opens to the kitchen and the dining table for six rounds out the open concept downstairs. New tile flooring in both upstairs baths, with new granite vanity areas in both. There is also a new full bath on the first floor.
Unit has WiFi and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, but not in the bunk room. Two of those are brand new smart TVs. Downstairs is tiled, upstairs is tile and hardwood. The complex has two laundry facilities, but we also have an upstairs laundry room right in the townhouse! Truly, this townhouse is your perfect island get-a-way!
Our place is also pet friendly. We will consider pets under 30 pounds, and preferably non-shedding. We have a $125 pet fee, as additional cleaning is needed. Unauthorized pets will will mean a forfeited security deposit.

About Jodi and Bill Hartley
We lived in western New York, about an hour south of Buffalo and an hour east of Erie PA, our whole lives. Upon visiting the island for the first time in May 2015, we immediately fell in love and knew someday we wanted to be full-time islanders. In August 2016, we realized our dream!!! We are living the island life and loving every minute!!! We have three teenage daughters, Libby, Lauren, Lindsey, and a Yorkie Poo named Lacey. I was an elementary teacher for 12 years, but since our girls were born I had been a substitute teacher in our small town. My husband Bill owns a Buick/ GMC Truck dealership. Luckily in the Spring of 2015, we found St Simons Island through HGTV! I call it serendipity- the happy occurrence of fortunate discoveries by chance!!! That pretty much sums it up! We love it here and hope you will too!

We knew someday we wanted to escape the cold Western New York winters and live on an island. St Simons is an amazingly gorgeous island. It has a true island feel without the hustle and bustle of other vacation spots. The Live Oak-lined streets are absolutely breath-taking. There are no towering high-rise condos, just miles of unspoiled beaches, bike trails, shopping, and amazing places to dine out. It is a nature lover's paradise with kayak tours, horseback riding, miles of walking and bike trails, and so much more. If you are a history buff, there is plenty for you, too. There are also abundant golf opportunities on the island.
What makes this Townhome unique
We fell in love with Ocean Walk for it close proximity to everything, its amenities, and the beauty of the grounds, and now own 3 properties in beautiful Ocean Walk. It is also an hour from Jacksonville, Savannah, only 2 hours from St Augustine, and less than four hours to Disney!!! St Simons Island is perfect in every way!

Nice end unit with semi private yard
We had a wonderful time staying a few days on St Simons island. Our grandson enjoyed the heated pool and the layout of the home gave a peaceful place to each of us.
My husband and I had a perfect stay at this cute, clean and comfortable townhouse.
Jodi is a sweetheart. We locked ourselves out just an hour or so after arrival and Jodi happily hopped in her car and brought us another key. She made our stay so wonderful with her helpfulness and tips.
The space is adorable and the master bed was super comfy. Loved that we could cook and wash our wet clothes. Planning to come back again soon!
Beautifully redone condo in a quiet spot!
This condo is beautiful and comfortable, and is located in a quiet spot in the complex. We couldn't have asked for anyplace better! The owners obviously take good care of this property and care about the comfort of their guests!

Adorable. Felt like a home away!
Nicely decorated and comfy. Well stocked kitchen was really nice in a rental. Porch was a great spot to sit. Very quiet end unit allowed for a feeling of privacy in a condo community. Our family of 6(4 adult kids)was a little tight but managed just fine. Thanks for all the pillows that allowed us to create comfy floor space while playing games.
Thank you, Rebecca. Location within Ocean Walk was always an important consideration when we purchased our 3 units. No parking lot or cars intruding on your morning coffee or dinner. Thinking about adding a creeping vine on the pergola this summer. Shade and flowers would be awesome on the patio!!
Perfect For Children
We had such a great time staying here! It was the perfect family getaway. My young boys loved the freedom of being able to bike around the quiet complex and feed the ducks and we enjoyed the condo- clean, comfortable and plenty of space. We were close to the shops and the beach and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back!

You are going to love St Simons Island, Ocean Walk, and our perfectly remodeled townhouse. Ocean Walk is located right on Mallery Street and has the most amenities of any condo complex on the island. Fish in the lake, play on the playground, feed the ducks, hangout in the clubhouse playing ping pong, or workout in the fitness center. Ocean Walk has it all. The complex also has two pools, one heated all year round. Yes you really can enjoy it in December!!! It is also located minutes from the heart of the historic, downtown Pier Village area. Just a five to ten minute beautiful walk to the sports complex, shopping, dining, the pier, Neptune Park, the Splash Park Fun Zone, putt putt, the SSI Lighthouse, and beach. There are many public and private golf destinations nearby. Stroll, bike ride, or golf kart ride down shaded Mallery, the lovely oak-lined, historic street. Across, and right down the street from the entrance of Ocean Walk is a sports complex with numerous public ball fields and playgrounds. Jekyll Island is less than twenty-five minutes away! Both Savannah and Jacksonville are a little over an hour away, with Disney about three and a half hours from the island.
