Exceeded expectations

This property was wonderful! We’ve never stayed in a beach house that had so many things already available! House was clean and perfect for our family of 5 plus another family of 3. We had plenty of utensils to cook and if there was as ever anything we forgot to bring, they seemed to already have it available. Easy walk to the beach, great view of the sound and could also see and hear the ocean from the front deck. It was all we hoped for and more!

we had never stayed at Topsail and were a little daunted by how far it was from Wilmington where we have several good friends. The house however did not disappoint and the ocean access was not too far. We were there with our 3 unmarried adult children. We cooked several times (amazed at the 'Guest pantry') and ate at two of the restaurants. We enjoyed the donuts, bagels and ice cream shops (Scoops). The elevator was the clincher in our choice to rent this unit as my husband had a stroke and has difficult going up and down stairs. We were very happy to see a grill there as it was nit in the amenities. However, we did not have a chance to use it. We wondered if this was previously a duplex and they bought the 'other' side and titled their house BOTH SIDES NOW. We appreciated all the different spaces were one or two or all of us could relax. Very enjoyable, we just wish it was closer to the bridge.

Clean, updated, convenient

Great experience. House is well equipped and very comfortable. Great location. The ice maker was not working and the refrigerator frozen our food in the back. Otherwise was a perfect vacation! We hope to return next year!
