This was our dream to have a beach condo in Florida. It is so wonderful and sunny here and not hot at all from November to May. It gets hot in the summer, but a nice breeze from the ocean cools you down and even in the summer it is also wonderful. We have been here during different seasons and holidays and always enjoy it. We want to share our joy with you.

Why they chose this property

The condo is so close to the beach: a few steps to the private beach access and you are on the ocean! Pick some shells, go windsurfing, walk or bike along the beach, or do NOTHING (my favorite thing!) and just enjoy the views, ocean air, soft sand, and Florida sun!

What makes this property unique

The complex is well-maintained and offers resort-like amenities including a heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, charcoal BBQ grill, and more. The clubroom is available and you can reserve it for your birthday party for a small fee.
