Colorful, bright beachfront condo w/private balcony! ☀️

This beautiful third-floor condominium has a lengthy Gulf-front balcony overlooking the resort’s lagoon pool, lush grounds, and the private beach. There is a private entrance to the balcony from the master bedroom. The guest bedrooms both have private access to the north-facing balcony which overlooks resort grounds on the Northside of the building. The living rooms and all bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

This is located on the third floor.

The open-concept living area of Silver Shells St. Maarten 304 includes a Living Room with plush, comfortable furnishings for all. The adjacent dining area and breakfast bar are equipped to seat your entire party, and there is room on the balcony for dining as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware and cookware, and the laundry closet is in the main hallway behind the kitchen.

The primary suite contains a king bed in the main bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a primary bathroom with copious amounts of space to boast a double vanity, jetted tub, and tiled walk-in shower with a bench seat. The first guest bedroom contains a king bed. It is right next to the main guest bathroom which has a vanity and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and has a large closet. This bedroom hosts a private bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combination.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. This place was great! Elevator opens right to your room and there was never a wait for it. The place is big and spacious and great access to the beach. It also comes with a parking spot which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a great time! The condo is very spacious and comfortable. We were there with our 4 kids + a boyfriend for Xmas(18, 21, 24& 25) I’m everyone knows how it can be a bit stressful vacationing with your young adult kids who live on their own. But we really had a great time and the kids were able to go to their own space, bunk room for the boys and another room for the girls. Right on the beach, doesn’t get better than that. My only suggestion would be to update the knives in the kitchen. I usually bring several items from my own kitchen when we travel to the beach but forgot a couple good knives for chopping this time. But don’t let that stop you from choosing this place, I would definitely stay here again.

Silver shells is great, but this condo was simply fantastic

This was our second time staying at Silver Shells, but our first in the Maarten building. The resort itself is beautiful. We love the pool and playground- plus the grounds are beautifully kept. The beach was gorgeous; clear water, soft white sand, and we even saw dolphins. The free beach chair service was very convenient and being able to grab drinks at the beachfront bar made for a very relaxing stay. Check-in was seamless and everyone we spoke to or texted was super kind and helpful. The condo itself was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated. The fact that the elevator opened right into the condo was one of our favorite parts. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Finally, the view from the living/dinning room was just perfect: palm trees and blue water. There is very little negative to say- the microwave door seemed to be not working properly. It made a loud sound every time we opened it. Also, the hall bathroom door would not stay closed OR open. It just hovered right behind anyone trying to stand at the sink, hitting them in the back. We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already trying to figure out when we can be back.

Condo was awesome, the sand bar was awesome. The chair situation was not so great. We were set up behind a group of 18 on the beach and with all the umbrellas you can't see the water. Other than that it was a great vacation.

Fantastic property! Great views, easy access to all amenities, and family friendly.

Our family of six loved the property. It is spacious, close to both the pool and beach, and an easy drive to other Destin amenities. The elevator direct to the room and the underground garage stall for parking were bonus features. We would definitely stay here again.

Other than dealing with gnats, the condo was very nice. I was disappointed with the service we received from Compass. First of all our condo wasn't available until about 7 pm and we were told it should be ready by 4. Once we were able to get into the condo, some of our key fobs didn't work and at first they asked me to wait until Monday and they would get it fixed. Said we would need to have cards reprogrammed. That wasn't acceptable so they said I wanted to come to the office on Sunday I could get new cards. I asked if they could bring them to me on Saturday or Sunday and they responded no. So I had to take time from my vacation to go get stuck in traffic for over an hour to walk in to the office to pick up new cards. Personally I feel someone from Compass should have delivered the new key fobs. I have dealt with other property management companies in Destin and they actully have a representative come bring you your keys instead of going to another facility to pick them up, and if you had any issues, they sure didn't make you have to come deal with it. Compass customer service is not what it should be in today's service world. Definitely not first class service. I never understand why companies in the service industry hires people that make you feel like you are bothering them and it's your problem not theirs when they are responsible to make sure your experience is a great experience wanting you to be a repeat customer. From an owners perspective, I would want a management company that is going to make the experience worth referring to others and telling them about how great their experience was. Again Condo and facility were great. Management company not so great.

Perfect. It was bright and cheery with excellent views of the ocean.

We visited Destin with my family of 4 and my elderly parents. There was a ton of space almost too much if that is possible. The elevator opening to our room was a great feature especially with my 75 year old parents. The beach was fantastic and the pool did not disapppoint. Location was great if you want to be surrounded by things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great customer service

We actually had to move from this unit after our first night. The air-condition was broken and couldn't be fixed in a timely manner. The staff at Compass Resorts were wonderful. Even though it was a hassle to move after one night, we were upgraded to an awesome condo! It's beautiful here and we couldn't be happier with the way Compass Resorts made the best out of an initial pain in the rear.
