Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the outdoor furniture didn't match the listing photos—that's not the experience we want guests to have. We'll update our photos immediately to reflect the actual hardwood seating and clarify that beach equipment isn't included. We're sorry the dishwasher needed extra attention and that the master bath lacked towel bars. We'll address these issues right away. We also appreciate you noting the limited glassware—we'll add more wine glasses to the kitchen. We're so glad you enjoyed the spectacular views and comfortable beds! We take inventory annually but sometimes flatware is lost or broken and we always appreciate guests informing us when items are missing. As for the lack of spices, unfortunately, Florida laws prohibit us from leaving any consumable product, including spices, condiments and ice, for health reasons. We’re glad these items did not deter you from having a spectacular vacation. We look forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your recent stay. Silver Shells St Maarten, unit 905 is one of our most properties and we are glad to hear that you found everyone nice and friendly. We are so sorry to hear that you had an issue with the dryer. The problem was a kink in the exhaust hose which has been taken care of. Because we are now doing remote check-ins to ensure our guests’ safety against covid and because the elevators open directly into the units, there are additional steps that must be taken the first time you enter the unit. we apologize if this seems difficult and that is why we supply very detailed check -in instructions prior to guests’ arrival. We hope you will allow us to host you again soon at the Beach!

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your recent stay at Silver Shells St.Maarten 905. We were sorry that you felt the private entrance and private elevator were confusing. The exclusivity of the resort does require more to keep up with and that is possibly something we need to explain more thoroughly during the booking process. Again, we appreciate your input as it helps us moving forward with future guests.
