Central Marbella Apartment with Swimming Pools

The apartment comprises: WIFI, Living room with dining area and 45” Flat screen Sky TV with full sports package and movies, leading to sun terrace with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs overlooking swimming pool; also a rear sun terrace for late evening sun. The kitchen has just been completely refurbished (January 2016) with new cupboards, work surface an American fridge freezer with iced filtered water on tap, new hob, oven, microwave,dishwasher, Also there is a, kettle, toaster, washing machine and access to the terrace; Master bedroom with king sized double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and access to terrace; Second bedroom with twin beds ceiling fan and en-suite shower room; Third bedroom with twin beds and ceiling fan; Fourth bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan; Third bathroom; Underground parking space available for an additional 7 euros a night. Three swimming pools, one of which is a paddling pool. The grounds are all enclosed and a key is required to enter or leave the premises. The apartment was freshly painted at the end of 2017. The apartment has central heating. There is a lift up to our floor. To see on Google Earth, search under "Marbella", then it is on co-ordinates 36 30 33 12" N, 4 53 33 07 W. A wonderful stay in perfect location

We had a fantastic time staying at this spacious and comfortable apartment. The location couldn’t have been better. It is situated next to a beautiful park. Just a short walk to both the marina and the charming old town. Marbella offers so much to see and do. It was a real bonus to be able to walk to the ferry for a lovely trip to Puerto Banús too! Lisa was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our family stay at this 4 bedroom apartment in The Parque complex in Marbella. Lovely spacious apartment with room for everyone to relax. Lisa the manager was really helpful and welcoming. It’s a shame that there is no AC but that would be the only issue. Otherwise the apartment is great. Central location with lots to see and do nearby. Excellent places to eat nearby. Everything within walking distance. The Lucky bar at entrance 2 of the complex is a great place to stop before heading out or back from a lovely meal. Highly recommend

This is the second time we rented this apartment. The location is excellent. It is great for a family gathering. Lisa was very responsive. The place was clean. They included bottles of white and red wine. The area is nice and the building has exterior locks, Nice pool. Meticulously maintained grounds. No AC — but the weather is good — we sleep with the fans on and windows open — very pleasant — like Hawaii.

Lovely apartment. We stay in Marbella 2-3 times each year and if possible alway choose The Parque Marbella. It’s close to the seafront but not noisy at night

Fantastic Holiday !! Like it says on the internet this apartment really is in an ideal position if you want to check out Marbella. Large, spacious and clean inside and a 5 mins walk to the sea. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the apartment is nicely appointed. It is in a fantastic location close to the shops, restaurants and beach. I would have given a five star review but the apartment is let down by a lack of AC and not even a ceiling fan in the living room. This made the evenings very uncomfortable inside. I would also like to commend Lisa who manages the property who was very helpful and welcoming. Overall I highly recommend this property with a slight reservation regarding the lack of AC.

Excellent central location

I think it would be hard to find a better location as the apartment in Parque Marbella is literally five minutes from the sea and only a fifteen minute stroll to the lovely old town. The apartment is light and airy and the complex was quiet and felt very secure. The sea was warm enough for a paddle but it was great being able to swim in the complex's pool. There is a huge choice of restaurants nearby, and luckily also a long, sandy beach and attractive prom to run/walk along in an attempt to balance too many tapas! If you don't want to eat out, there were plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc. in the apartment We did have a problem with the gas boiler while we were there but Phil made every effort to fix it as soon as was possible. We thought the apartment was excellent value for money and Marbella is a very attractive holiday resort.

Great location but tired apartment

Every year we book a week in the Costa del Sol at the beginning of the school holidays. We aim to find somewhere where we don't need the hassle of a car but can still enjoy all there is on offer. This apartment in central Marbella is ideal for this. Not too far from Malaga airport and moments away from the long beaches, plentiful restaurants and bars and tourist amenities. Also did seem to have maintained its Spanish flavour no 'British Sunday lunch' on offer, thank goodness! The apartment has been well used and feels a little unloved at the moment. A good lick of paint and thorough cleaning would improve it immensely. One of the bedroom fans was falling off and spinning around in a worrying way as though it may fall and decapitate someone. The seating on the balcony was very dirty and seats were broken. There were two sunbeds provided for the pool ( for a party of 6) and both of them were torn and would not last long. We didn't spend much time in the apartment so didn't mind the issues too much and I have sent a polite message to the owner a few weeks ago but have not heard anything back. I have also asked for our deposit back on three occasions and, despite leaving the property as requested, still have not received that back and no idea as to when I can expect it as I have had no communication whatsoever since our stay. Not great service and totally opposite to our usual experience with Owners Direct over the years.

Large central apartment

Rare property with 4 bedrooms so 4 adults each had their own room. Property a little tired in places and one shower needed head fixing so it was almost unusable. But otherwise a roomy apartment with everything you need and doors to close off bedrooms from the kitchen and lounge if your group are doing different things. Walls between apartments are not very thick so you could hear coughing at night in some rooms and there was some early drilling noises on the other side of the lounge. Note that you can’t use the pool before 10am so swimmers take note. But excellent comms and some supplies to start us off in the fridge. We had a good time.

Family of 8 looked all along the coast but this fitted the bill.in central Marbella, clean , spacious, 4 good bedrooms lovely living area and balcony ,everything provided .it s near beach restaurants and bars below ,great pools for the children .the best thing is the service provided by Lisa ,from the moment we arrived she was on hand to assist .thru whats app she was contactable immediately,not that there was any issue with the apartment we had a medical problem with the baby and she was outstanding in her advice .so guys no negatives .if you are family then this is a great place .plenty kids parks nearby .

The apartment is ideally situated in Marbella for the shops, restaurants and the beach. Being a large apartment there is plenty of room and is comfortable. Good views from both balconies and good amenities, if you want to do your own cooking everything is there. The whole apartment block is kept very clean. Lisa looks after the apartment and is available by email and responds very quickly. I would book this apartment again.

I live in England with my wife, 3 children and our 3 year old Tibetian terrio. My wife and I both work, but spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country.
Why the owner chose a property in Marbella. We love Marbella because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. 2 of my children are teenagers and they seem to love the area. The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport 40 mins drive away. The property is just two minutes walk from the fabulous beach.

Why they chose this property

It seemed to offer all we were looking for. We wanted town centre Marbella with a peaceful apartment, Close to beach with plenty of bars and Spanish restaurants
