The apartment comprises: WIFI, Living room with dining area and 38" Flat screen Sky TV with full sports package and movies, leading to sun terrace with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs overlooking swimming pool; also a rear sun terrace for late evening sun. The kitchen has just been completely refurbished (January 2016) with new cupboards, work surface an American fridge freezer with iced filtered water on tap, new hob, oven, microwave,dishwasher, Also there is a, kettle, toaster, washing machine and access to the terrace; Master bedroom with king sized double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and access to terrace; Second bedroom with twin beds ceiling fan and en-suite shower room; Third bedroom with twin beds and ceiling fan; Fourth bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan; Third bathroom; Underground parking space available for an additional 7 euros a night. Three swimming pools, one of which is a paddling pool. The grounds are all enclosed and a key is required to enter or leave the premises. The apartment was freshly painted at the end of 2017. About the owner I live in England with my wife, 3 children and our 3 year old Tibetian terrio. My wife and I both work, but spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country. Why the owner chose a property in Marbella. We love Marbella because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. 2 of my children are teenagers and they seem to love the area. The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport 40 mins drive away. The property is just two minutes walk from the fabulous beach.

In the heart of Marbella, a very nice apartment with plenty of rooms
A lovely and well equipped modern apartment with lovely views of the pool and gardens in a central location near to the old town which is lovely experience. Lisa was a lovely lady and very helpful. I would definitely go back again.

Great location and very nice apartment
Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the apartment is nicely appointed. It is in a fantastic location close to the shops, restaurants and beach. I would have given a five star review but the apartment is let down by a lack of AC and not even a ceiling fan in the living room. This made the evenings very uncomfortable inside. I would also like to commend Lisa who manages the property who was very helpful and welcoming. Overall I highly recommend this property with a slight reservation regarding the lack of AC.

Normally with the doors open on the back balcony you will get a nice breeze coming through. Apartment is in a great location, near to beach, shops, restaurants and old town Marbella.
The property was a great size, clean and bright with 3 bathrooms. Lots of TV channels which was great in the evenings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Lisa was very welcoming and available to give any help if needed. Would recommend this property to any family especially families with teenagers as it is located near Marbella shops and is very safe.

Had the most amazing girly break in Marbella! We absolutely loved the apartment, only a short walk to everything you need, beach, shop, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious also clean and tidy! The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in regardless to telling us about the apartment. We had a great time and would highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic location - literally minutes from all you need!
Nothing to say - it was a lovely stay - apartment is minutes from the beach and supermarket. Its quiet - gets the sun on the terrace until lunch which is quite enough - watch out for mozzies!!
Lisa was amazing and helpful and was an absolute joy - she met us with wine and a big smile - and was there if we needed her.

The apartment is based in Marbella town centre although with in the apartment complex itself it is very peaceful. One minute walk to shops. 2 minute walk to the beach. Five minute walk to the harbour, where there are loads of good tapas bars. 10 minute walk to Orange Square.
Local supermarket is a 1 minute walk. The high street shops as in Zara's etc are a 5 minute walk.
