Charming Sanders Beach Bungalow

This beautiful, re-modeled, 1920 bungalow is located in the most desirable neighborhood in Coeur d'Alene. Within a short walking distance you can access Sanders Beach for sunbathing, swimming, paddling or take a hike around scenic Tubbs Hill offering stunning lake views! Walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene which provides great dining and shopping opportunities. For bicycling enthusiasts the Centennial Trail passes within two blocks of the home and provides many miles of biking pleasure - many of those miles following the shoreline of Coeur d'Alene Lake. The home is fully furnished and includes a combination paddle board/kayak for your use. The backyard is is very private with a patio and barbecue. Pets are not allowed. This house is not available for long-term rental. Rentals are provided up to a two week maximum.
