You will LOVE this stunning townhome just one mile from downtown Winter Park. With luxury amenities, a private hot tub, and breathtaking views, this home backs up to open space, offering miles of trails right outside the back door.

The open-concept, bi-level living area is perfect for families. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, bar seating, heated hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Gather around the large dining table that seats 10, or relax in the additional sitting area with a television.

Outdoor Paradise
Step out onto the back patio to access trails, a private hot tub, and a BBQ. The step-down living room boasts a 60-inch LED TV, a comfy leather couch, and love seats. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the private front balcony with gorgeous scenery. A high-top chess/checkers table by the cozy fireplace adds to the charm.

Endless Entertainment
When not skiing, sledding, mountain biking, or hiking, enjoy speedy Wi-Fi, an X-box gaming console, and plenty of board games and puzzles for special family moments.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
Upstairs features 3 en-suite bedrooms:
- En-suite #1: This suite features a king bed with a fireplace, a 50-inch LED TV, a balcony, and a private bath with a large shower and walk-in closet.
- En-suite #2: This suite also has a king bed with TV/DVD player combo, private bathroom, and tub/shower combo.
- En-suite #3: This suite has two bunk beds that sleep four and a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. It is great for kids or adults who want to feel like a kid at heart.
Additional Sleeping: Queen pull-out sofa in the main floor living room.

A spacious two-car heated garage keeps your vehicles out of the snow and offers storage for skis, boots, poles, and other recreational equipment. Comfortable stay with beautiful views!

This house was the perfect place for my family of five and in-laws to stay during our visit to Winter Park. We loved the amount of space in the house, the hot tub, and the huge variety of cooking items. We enjoyed our evenings hiking right behind the condo and looking at the mountains from the deck. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. We would definitely stay again!

The house was so clean, warm and had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of appliances and cookware. It was so quiet and peaceful. And an extremely short drive to the resort and fraiser. We had an amazing time and zero issues. We would stay here every time!

The townhome was great for our family and we love the location. The master bedroom needed some extra towels and a towel bath mat. Other than that the kitchen was very well equipped and the hot tub was great.

Perfect birthday ski trip with friends

I stayed at this wonderful property with a group of friends to celebrate my 32nd birthday. Everything from the location/proximity to Winter Park Resort, cleanliness of the property and communication with the host was absolutely perfect. The accuracy of the listing was 10/10 including a few pleasant surprises (welcome goody bag from the host, games, etc.)I highly recommend staying at this property, especially if you have a larger group/family and would definitely stay here again!

This was a very great place to stay. Plenty of room and clean. Very close to the ski base, less than 5 minute drive. I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 because they did not supply a few things. There were not enough towels, there were no extra trash bags, and no dishwasher soap. So just be aware.

Our group of eight (3 grandparents, two parents, & 3 kids) all agreed this was a great place. We cooked all our meals during our seven night stay. Kitchen and dining room area was a perfect gathering area for eating and playing games! Kitchen was well equipped with top-rated appliances. Kids loved playing soccer on the X-Box. Beds were comfy and there was never a shortage of hot water. Really enjoyed the laundry room/ski prep area.. The glove warmer was much appreciated and it was a perfect place to keep all the boots warm! THANKS so much!!

High Quality Condo Adjacent to Good Hiking

We really enjoyed this condo. The condo is located high up on a road with natural lands behind it with lots of wildlife and great hiking/biking trails behind it. The condo is well stocked inside and out including snow sleds, cooler, snow shoes, hiking poles, games, portacrib, extra towels for the hot tub, on and on. Kitchen is very well stocked with about anything you would ever need. Traditional coffee maker for bringing your own grounds. High quality furnishings throughout. One consideration - 36 steps from ground level to bedrooms on 2nd floor. We would definitely stay here again!

We love Colorado! We moved here 10 years ago from California. We love to ski, snowboard and spend time with family. Winter Park is the perfect place for families and every activity you could imagine. This place is very special and we hope it will provide that special experience for your family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We spent an entire winter renting various properties in the Rockies. We absolutely loved Bear Crossing. The layout is so perfect for families. It has a bi-level living area that allows everyone to be together, but also doing their own thing. It is spacious and comfy.

What makes this property unique

It is very close to downtown, and a short ride to the Resort. The private hot tub is a great way to relax after a long day of sports.
