Spacious 5 bed with pool (heatable) in Vale do Garrao

This is a lovely, spacious villa, in one of the best locations in the Vale do Lobo/Quinta do Lago area - only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the beach commonly know as 'Julia's' beach.
The villa is set over 2 floors and boasts a wonderful mature south facing garden with a 10x5m swimming pool (heatable, extra 300euros per week).
The fabulous outside terrace was renovated in 2018 and has an alfresco dining area with BBQ overlooking the garden.
There are 2 master bedrooms on the top floor, each with its own private terrace, ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV with Cable. On the ground floor there are further 3 bedrooms - 1 queen bed with ensuite shower room, and 2 further twin bedrooms which share a large bathroom. All have sliding doors onto the garden. The ground floor features a modern and comfortable open plan living area a well equipped kitchen, dining table for 10 and a large 51" flat screen TV with Cable TV and DVD in the sitting area.
There is also a separate laundry room with extra fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The drive has an electric gate and can accommodate two cars.
Free Wifi and a safe.

As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Great Golfing Weekend

The property is well presented, has everything you need, the outside area is fantastic and it's in a great location. Communication with the host was very good, we would definitely look to stay here again.

Beautiful clean villa

Villa was clean and tidy and great facilities. Villa was in a beautiful location and it was easy to get Ubers to restaurants. Paulo was a great host.

Perfect house

Paulo was an excellent host and everything went smoothly from the beginning. The house was brilliant and well equipped and the outside and pool were superb. I would definitely book again

Fabulous holiday

Great villa great location everything you need for a relaxing holiday . Pool and outdoor area really spacious and lovely . Lovely open plan in doors lots of space ! Near to great restaurants and beach and so easy and cheap to use Uber if you don’t have a car, depending on your holiday it’s so convenient you may not need one . Lastly Paulo the host was delightful and responded to any queries rapidly . Great holiday Thankyou !

Family event

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Vale do Garrão - the villa suited us perfectly - great outdoor space and the heated swimming pool was a big hit with the 4 children. Overall well equipped with plenty of bedroom space. Lounge and kitchen spacious although we used the BBQ and outdoor dining most of the time. Thanks to Paulo our host who looked after us well. 🏖️🏖️

Lovely villa

Family of nine adults stayed here whilst visiting friends in the area. Plenty of room , lovely pool and outside dining area. Would recommend paying to have the pool heated , for us it definitely the right thing to do .Villa was clean with plenty of extras such as games and books to read. Easy 20 min walk to the local beach which has some lovely restaurants although I would recommend booking as they get quite busy. Good communication from the management company. Paulo was excellent , answering all my questions and organising a lovely food pack for us on arrival. Would definitely stay again and do recommend . Thank you Paulo

Perfect villa for the perfect holiday

Amazing villa!! Layout inside works really well for 2 families sharing. The 2 rooms upstairs are pretty much equal masters with en-suites and then 3 bedrooms down stairs, 2 twins and a further double with en-suite. Well laid out and plenty of seating. Outside area is excellent, pool was lovely, lots of sun beds. BBQ area is great and there is a full size table tennis table in the garden which the kids loved. Driveway has an electric gate and room for 2 cars. Location is really good, walking distance to the beach where there are some lovely restaurants. Ubers work really well for other places. We paid circa €8 for Ubers into Villamoura in the evening. Villa host was exceptional and very helpful. There was even a maid service each week to change beds and towels which was great. Cannot fault this place and would highly recommend it to anyone

A charming Villa in a great location

A spacious and well equipped Villa in a quiet location, only minutes from the beach. The outdoor area and large pool are fantastic with a spacious garden too. This was our second time at this villa, i can’t recommend it enough. Will be going back again!

Family holiday

Fantastic villa for a family holiday. Spacious and comfortable for everyone. Our group ranged from 9 - 87. Great communication from Paulo, easy check-in/out. Loved the pool area and an easy walk down to the beach and restaurants. Very restful couple of weeks.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location

Couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Having to reschedule our trip due to covid, our host was really flexible and easy to deal with. The villa was in a great location a short walk to the beach, very clean on arrival and the host was on hand to give us a tour, show us how everything worked and made sure we were happy. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

What a great place! We were a party of 7 adults and 3 small children. Plenty room for all of us and very well equipped. Lovely pool and outdoor area with sofa seating, sun beds, dining table for 10 and BBQ. We had chosen to have the pool heated as the children are small and it was lovely and warm. There was also dining table for 10 inside and lots of crockery, pans, glasses etc. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms with en-suites upstairs. It felt like a family home - board games available, childrens toys and inflatables, and a table tennis table for the grownups. A lovely comfortable villa for a family holiday. Great location too with a 10/15 minutes walk to the beach with 4 or more restaurants to choose from. Paulo, the local host was great too - always answered emails and queries before our visit and came to meet us on arrival. We had a couple of small issues while we were there and he sorted these for us straight away. So all in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return.

Wonderful Villa, fantastic location

We stayed as a family of 4. Villa was really spacious and well equipped. Pool was much bigger than we expected, outside dining area was really nice too. Located only 5 mins from the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Excellent villa

This is an excellent villa for a family holiday, located in a quiet part of Vale do Garrao that’s very close to restaurants and the beach. Great pool and bbq area, I’d stay here again.

Nice house in a nice environment

Nice house in a nice environment.  There is enough space for 10 people to gather both inside or outside but also to keep their privacy if required. The rooms are nice and wide and there are enough bathrooms. The pool heating is a plus since we were able to swim at night or early in the morning even late October. However some light around the swimming pool would have been appreciated! The real estate agency who rent the house is efficient and has well organized procedures to guide you from the airport and to the property location. If I would have to give a point to improve, it's the Wi-Fi whose signal is ok in the main room but not strong enough to be captured in some bedrooms.

Traumhafte Villa an der Algarve

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie inkl. Großeltern eine Woche da und verbrachten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Villa hat alles was man sich erwartet, ist groß und geräumig und liegt in Mitten von ähnlichen Häusern. Die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung war sehr umsichtig. Man geht 10 min zu einem traumhaften Strand. Wir sind schweren Herzens wieder abgereist und kommen sicher mal wieder.

Maison confortable et situation calme à cette saison

La maison est parfaite pour les 4 couples d'adultes que nous étions. Nous avons loué en basse saison (25 avril au 2 mai) donc en dehors des ouvriers qui remettent en ordre de marche les maisons et les jardins, c'est très calme. Toutes les propriétés alentour étaient inoccupées. En saison ce doit être horrible côté bruit car chacun à sa piscine et les propriétés sont vraiment les unes sur les autres. On voit et entend donc les voisins. Les petits inconvénients : nous avons du laver les draps et les oreillers en arrivant car tout sentait l'humidité et le moisi. La maison n'avez probablement pas été chauffée et nous devions être les premiers occupants de la saison. Un désagrément : le disjoncteur saute plusieurs fois et tous les jours sans qu'on arrive à comprendre pourquoi. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien dans les chambres du bas. Le bon côté, Enrique, le représentant de l'agence qui a en charge la location est parfait: compétent, rapide et efficace. L'équipe de ménage est également très efficace. Bon séjour.

Fabulous villa

I had a wonderful stay in September 2013 with a group of girlfriend's. The villa was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The gardens and pool are lovely and sheltered with a great dining area for long lunches! So many amazing restaurants in the vicinity and the stunning beach a short walk away. Would have no hesitation in recommending the villa!
